Mode of application

Before applying the gel, thoroughly brush your teeth with a toothbrush and ROCS® Adult Toothpaste or ROCS® Children's Fluoride Free Toothpaste.

Apply the gel to the brush and spread evenly over the teeth.

Do not rinse and refrain from eating or drinking for 40-50 minutes.

Recommended to apply twice a day after breakfast and before bedtime.

Long-term regular use is acceptable.
