Bacterial vaginosis.
Intravaginally, preferably at bedtime.
The recommended dose is 1 full applicator (5 g cream, approximately 100 mg clindamycin) for 3 or 7 consecutive days.
Directions for the use of vaginal cream
In a package with 20 g of cream there are 3 plastic applicators, in a package with 40 g - 7 applicators designed for the correct introduction of the cream into the vagina.
1. Remove the cap of the cream tube. Screw the plastic applicator onto the threaded neck of the tube.
2. Rolling the tube from the opposite end, gently squeeze the cream into the applicator (the applicator is full when its plunger reaches the stop).
3. Unscrew the applicator from the tube and screw on the cap.
4. In a supine position, pull your knees to your chest.
5. Holding the applicator horizontally, carefully insert it into the vagina as deep as possible without causing discomfort.
6. Slowly pressing the plunger until it stops, insert the cream into the vagina.
7. Carefully remove the applicator from the vagina and discard.

hypersensitivity to clindamycin, lincomycin or any component of the drug;
patients with a history of antibiotic-associated colitis;
age up to 18 years (data on safety, effectiveness are not available).
