DESCRIPTION

Cimactin is a complex homeopathic preparation for the prevention of postpartum complications in cows.

COMPOSITION

Cimactin contains homeopathic substances as active ingredients: Cimicifuga racemosa D3 (Black cohosh) - 1%, Pulsatilla vulgaris D3 (Common lumbago) - 1%, Calcium carbonicym D6 (calcium carbonate) -1%; as well as an auxiliary component - sodium chloride isotonic solution - up to 100%.

PHAMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

The homeopathic components included in the preparation have a mutual synergistic effect, have a stimulating effect on the hormonal function of the pituitary gland and hypothalamus in cows. Cimicifuga racemosa activates the production of follicle-stimulating (FSH) and luteinizing (LH) hormones of the pituitary gland, has a calming effect on the central nervous system; enhances the amplitude of heart contractions without affecting their rhythm; relaxes the intestinal muscles. Pulsatilla restores the contractility of the oblique and longitudinal fibers of the myometrium, which contributes to the normalization of its function, has a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect in catarrhal inflammation. Calcium carbonicym - restores the function of the parathyroid gland, normalizes mineral metabolism.

INDICATIONS

Cimactin is intended for the prevention of postpartum complications in cows (retention of the placenta, stiffness of the cervix during labor, subinvolution of the uterus) and to facilitate the labor process.

APPLICATION

Cymactin is administered to cows 5-30 days before the expected calving, intramuscularly in a dose of 5-7 ml per animal once a day, twice with an interval of 5 days. If the next dose of the drug is missed, its use must be resumed in the prescribed dose and regimen.

It is possible to use Cimactin as part of complex therapy for postpartum complications in cows using specific and pathogenetic agents.

The peculiarities of the action at the first administration of the drug and at its cancellation were not revealed.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

No contraindications for the use of the drug have been established.

OVERDOSE

Overdose symptoms have not been established.

SIDE EFFECTS

Side effects and complications when using Cymactin have not been established. Products of animal origin during the treatment period and after the last application of Cymactin are allowed to be used without restrictions.

PRECAUTIONS

When working with Tsimactin, you should follow the general rules of personal hygiene and safety precautions provided for when working with medicines. When working with a medicinal product, it is prohibited to drink, smoke, or eat. After handling the drug, wash your hands with soap and water.

STORAGE

Store the medicinal product in the manufacturer's closed packaging separately from food and feed in a dry place protected from direct sunlight at a temperature of 5 В° C to 25 В° C. The shelf life of Cimactin, subject to storage conditions in a sealed manufacturer's packaging, is 24 months from the date of manufacture, after opening the bottle - no more than 48 hours. The medicinal product must not be used after the expiration date.
