Estrogen deficiency (pre- and postmenopausal period, oophorectomy for non-malignant tumors, radiation castration); prevention of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women, amenorrhea (primary and secondary), ovarian dysfunction.
Inside, swallowing whole with a small amount of liquid. If the patient is still menstruating, treatment should be started on the 5th day of the menstrual cycle (the 1st day of menstrual bleeding corresponds to the 1st day of the menstrual cycle).
Patients with amenorrhea or very infrequent periods, as well as postmenopausal women, can start taking the drug at any time, provided that pregnancy is excluded.
Each pack is designed for a 21-day intake.
One white dragee is taken daily for the first 11 days, and then, for 10 days, one light brown dragee is taken daily. After 21 days of taking the drug, there is a 7-day break, during which menstrual bleeding occurs, caused by the withdrawal of the drug (usually 2-3 days after taking the last tablet). After a 7-day break, a new package of Cyclo-ProginovЃ is started, taking the first tablet on the same day of the week as the first tablet from the previous package.
The time of day when a woman takes the drug does not matter, however, if taking pills is started at any particular time, you should continue to adhere to it. If pills are not taken on time, you should take it within the next 12-24 hours. If treatment is interrupted for a longer time, vaginal bleeding may occur.

Pregnancy, severe liver dysfunctions, Dubin-Johnson and Rotor syndromes, liver tumors and thromboembolic processes (including history), severe diabetes with vascular complications, sickle cell anemia, breast or endometrial cancer, fat metabolism disorders, herpes (history), idiopathic jaundice, itching, or worsening of otosclerosis during a former pregnancy.
