Dosage and administration
About 6 g (1 tablespoon) of crushed lingonberry leaves are placed in an enamel bowl, 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water are poured, covered with a lid and infused in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, then filter without cooling, squeeze out the remaining raw materials.
The volume of the resulting broth was adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.
Take orally 1-2 tablespoons 3-4 times a day 40 minutes after eating.
The course of treatment is 20-25 days.
It is possible to repeat the course after a 10-12 day break, but not more than 4 courses per year.
Shake broth before use.
