About 3 g (1 teaspoon) of the fruit are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of chilled boiled water, close the lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, filter the remaining raw materials. The volume of the resulting infusion was adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.
Take inside 1/2 to 1/3 cup 2-3 times a day. Shake the infusion before use.
