Pharmacological properties
Pharmacodynamics:
Combined drug, the action of which is due to the properties of its constituent components. It has fibrinolytic anti-inflammatory (due to the presence of Serae extract), antithrombotic (due to the presence of heparin) and keratolytic (due to the presence of allantoin) action. Stimulates cell regeneration without hyperplasia. Inhibits the proliferation of keloid fibroblasts.
Pharmacokinetics:
It was shown experimentally that heparin penetrates into the connective tissue of the dermis in a clinically sufficient amount within 4 hours. Deep penetration is provided by the combination of heparin with Serae bulb extract and allantoin (transepidermal heparinization).
