Composition
1 tablet contains: retinol acetate (vitamin A), alpha-tocopherol acetate (vitamin E), thiamine chloride (vitamin B1) or thiamine bromide (vitamin B1), riboflavin mononucleotide, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12 ), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), nicotinamide, rutin (vitamin P), calcium pantothenate, folic acid, lipoic acid, iron sulfate, copper sulfate, calcium phosphate, cobalt sulfate, manganese sulfate, zinc sulfate, magnesium phosphate.

Indications
Complivit Calcium D3 Gold is recommended as a biologically active food supplement - an additional source of calcium, vitamin D3, vitamin K1, a source of isoflavone genistein, which contribute to:

to alleviate the manifestations of menopause, to reduce the frequency and severity of 'hot flashes' and night sweats, to
strengthen bones and teeth, to
improve the condition of the skin.

Application during pregnancy and lactation
Contraindicated during pregnancy and during breastfeeding.

Method of administration and dosage
Complivit is taken orally after meals. In order to prevent vitamin and mineral deficiency, adults and children over 12 years old are recommended one tablet per day daily in the winter-spring period. In the complex therapy of various diseases, as well as to increase resistance to physical activity, during the period of recovery after diseases, it is recommended to take 1 tablet 2 times a day for 4 weeks. A repeated course is carried out after 3-5 months, while the dose (depending on the therapeutic effect) can be reduced to one tablet per day.
