DESCRIPTION

Disinfectant Mixamin-Aqua is a ready-to-use colorless or light blue liquid with a scent odor.

COMPOSITION

As active ingredients, the product contains polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride - 0.9%, clathrates of didecyldimethylammonium chloride and alkyldimethyl (ethylbenzyl) ammonium chloride with urea - 1.6%, as well as functional additives and skin care components.

PROPERTIES

The agent has antibacterial activity against gram-positive (excluding mycobacterium tuberculosis - tested for M. terrae) and gram-negative bacteria, virucidal activity (including hepatitis C virus, HIV, influenza virus, including influenza H1N1, H5N1, SARS, herpes, adenovirus infections) , fungicidal activity against fungi of the genus Candida and Trichophyton.

According to the parameters of acute toxicity according to GOST 12.1.007-76, when administered into the stomach and applied to the skin, the drug belongs to the 4th class of low-hazard substances. Local irritant, skin resorptive and sensitizing properties in the recommended modes of use were not identified in the agent. The agent has a mild irritant effect on the mucous membranes of the eyes. According to the degree of inhalation hazard, the agent belongs to the 4th class of low-hazard substances. In case of inhalation exposure of the agent in the form of vapors and aerosols (irrigation method at a flow rate of 100 ml / m2), the agent can be classified as low-waste (class 4).

MPC in the air of the working area: for HR - 1.0 mg / m3 (aerosol, marked “skin and eye protection is required”); for polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride - 2.0 mg / m3 (aerosol, hazard class 3).

PURPOSE

The disinfectant is intended for:

for treating the hands of surgeons, operating nurses and other persons involved in surgical interventions in organizations carrying out medical activities (including dental clinics), as well as when delivering childbirth in maternity hospitals, etc. (with the exception of objects potentially contaminated with mycobacterium tuberculosis and foci of tuberculous infection);

for hygienic treatment of hands of employees of perfumery and cosmetic enterprises (including massage and beauty salons, hairdressing salons, etc.) and pharmaceutical enterprises; employees of public utilities and institutions (including hotels, hostels, etc.); employees of public catering enterprises (restaurants, bars, cafes, canteens, etc.); workers of food industry enterprises (including factories, factories, combines, etc.); employees of food trade enterprises (including shops, trading bases, markets); workers of poultry, livestock, pig and fur farms; trade workers (including cashiers and other persons working with banknotes); employees of educational institutions, culture, recreation and sports (museums, exhibition halls, cinemas, cultural and recreational complexes, offices, swimming pools, sports complexes, fitness centers, etc.); employees of preschool and school institutions; employees of social protection institutions (including hospices, homes for the disabled and the elderly, etc.) of penitentiary institutions, employees of law enforcement agencies, including rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, personnel of the armed forces of the Ministry of Defense, troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, etc .;

for disinfection of small surfaces, incl. hard-to-reach, hard furniture, devices, apparatus (telephones, telefaxes and other office equipment, banknote and coin counters, currency and excise stamp detectors, document shredders, etc.), furnishings (tables, armrests and headrests of chairs, radiators, blinds , door handles, handsets, etc.), computer accessories (keyboard, printer, etc.); in hospitals, at communal facilities, in social security institutions; at perfumery and cosmetic enterprises, at public catering and trade facilities, etc.;

for household use in accordance with the household label.

MODE OF APPLICATION

Hygienic treatment of hands: on dry hands (without preliminary washing with water and soap), apply at least 3 ml of the product and rub it into the skin until dry, but not less than 30 seconds, paying attention to the thoroughness of processing the skin of the hands between fingers and fingertips.

Treatment of the skin of the operating field, elbow folds of donors, skin before the introduction of catheters and puncture of the joints: the skin is wiped with two-fold sterile gauze swabs, abundantly moistened with a product. The holding time after the end of processing is 2 minutes. On the eve of the operation, the patient takes a shower (bath), changes clothes.

Hand treatment for surgeons, operating nurses, midwives and other persons involved in operations, delivery: before using the product, the hands and forearms are washed for two minutes with warm running water and toilet soap (solid or liquid), and then dried with sterile gauze with a napkin. Then, 5 ml of the product is applied to the hands and rubbed into the skin of the hands (palmar, dorsal surfaces, interdigital spaces of both hands, paying special attention to the fingertips and periungual beds) and forearms for 2.5 minutes; after that, 5 ml of the product is again applied to the hands and rubbed into the skin of the hands and forearms for 2.5 minutes, keeping the hands moist throughout the treatment. The total processing time is 5 minutes. Sterile gloves are put on hands after the product has completely dried.

The tool has a prolonged effect when treating the hands of surgeons for 5 hours.

Partial sanitization of the skin (including the body, legs, feet): the treated area of ​​the skin (without preliminary washing with water and soap) is wiped with a napkin, abundantly moistened with a product and kept for at least 1 minute.

Disinfection of small surfaces, incl. hard-to-reach is carried out by wiping or irrigation. The consumption rate of the product is 100 ml / m2 of the treated surface. The maximum allowable area for processing should be no more than 1/10 of the total area of ​​the room.

Surfaces in rooms, on ambulances, furnishings, devices, medical equipment are evenly irrigated with a spray nozzle from a distance of 20 cm until they are completely wetted, or wiped with a napkin, abundantly moistened with a product, according to the regimes indicated in Table 1.

Processing is carried out once. If necessary (when processing vertical surfaces, etc.) after disinfection exposure, the remnants of the agent are removed with a rag.
