For local use: in the treatment of burns and trophic ulcers, the drug is diluted in a ratio of 1: 5 in a 0.25% solution of novocaine. Use in the form of gauze dressings impregnated with a solution. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.

In the treatment of cervical erosion, all folds of the vaginal mucosa and the vaginal part of the cervix are pre-dried with a swab. Lubricate the cervical canal and erosion with an undiluted drug. The course of treatment is 10 days. For vaginal douching, use a solution obtained by diluting 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of the drug in 1 liter of water. The course of treatment is 2 weeks.

In case of staphylococcal lesions of the intestine, 5 ml of the drug, diluted in 30 ml of water, are taken orally, 3 times a day, 40 minutes before meals, every day. The drug is also used locally rectally in an enema (20 ml of the drug in 1 liter of water - the dose for one enema) once every 2 days. The course of treatment consists of 10 procedures.

Before treatment, it is necessary to check the patient's individual sensitivity to the drug. To do this, the patient is given 25 drops of the drug to drink, diluted in 1 tablespoon of water. In the absence of allergic reactions after 6-8 hours (swelling of the lips, mucous membranes, skin rashes), a course of treatment with the drug can be prescribed; in the presence of allergic reactions, the drug is contraindicated.

The content of absolute ethyl alcohol when taking the drug inside is in the maximum single dose - 5.19 g, in the maximum daily dose - 15.57 g.
