When administered orally in adults, 5 ml of chlorophyllipt is diluted in 30 ml of water.

For the rehabilitation of the intestines with staphylococcal carriage and the prevention of postoperative complications, the drug is prescribed 3 times a day, 40 minutes before meals, every day for 2-3 weeks. When sanitizing the intestines, the drug is also administered in an enema - 20 ml of 1% alcohol: the solution is diluted with 1 liter of water (dose for 1 enema.). An enema with chlorophyllipt is given every 2 days. The course of treatment consists of 10 procedures.

When applied topically (treatment of burns, long non-healing wounds and trophic ulcers of the extremities) of chlorophyllipt, an alcohol solution of 1% is diluted with a 0.25% solution of novocaine in a ratio of 1: 5 and used in the form of gauze dressings impregnated with a solution. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.

In the treatment of cervical erosion, all folds of the vaginal mucosa and the vaginal part of the cervix are pre-dried with tampons and the cervical canal is lubricated with an alcohol solution of chlorophyllipt diluted 1: 10. The manipulation is carried out for 10 days daily, after which the patient should douche for 2 weeks solution of the drug (1 tablespoon of alcohol chlorophyllipt solution 1% per 1 liter of water), In case of incomplete epithelialization of erosion, the course of treatment must be repeated.

When taken orally and in inhalation, eucalyptus preparations cause expectorant, mucolytic and bronchodilatory effects, and when applied to the skin, astringent, antiexudative, antipruritic, anesthetic, and in higher concentrations, a local irritant effect. Infusion of eucalyptus leaves, thanks to essential oil and a small amount of bitterness, increases the secretion of the digestive glands, improves digestion.When used in the form of a tincture, a sedative effect is manifested due to the isovaleric acid aldehyde. Chlorophyllipt, containing a mixture of chlorophylls from eucalyptus leaves, has antimicrobial, especially antistaphylococcal, activity, stimulates regeneration processes. Use with caution in case of increased secretion of the digestive glands. Avoid getting eucalyptus preparations (especially tinctures, eucalyptus oil, chlorophyllipt) in the eyes. Before starting treatment, it is necessary to check the patient's sensitivity to the plant. To do this, give the patient a tablespoon of infusion, 10 drops of tincture or 25 drops of a 1% alcohol solution of chlorophyllipt in 1 tablespoon of water. In the absence of allergic reactions after 6-8 hours, a course treatment can be prescribed. Intolerance may be indicated by the patient's negative attitude to the smell of eucalyptus.
