For topical use: Trichomonas colpitis, cervical erosion, vulvar itching, prevention of sexually transmitted diseases (including gonorrhea, syphilis, trichomoniasis, chlamydia, ureaplasmosis); gingivitis, stomatitis, aphthae, periodontitis, alveolitis, disinfection of removable dentures; angina; postoperative care for patients in the ENT and dentistry departments.
Treatment of wounds, burn wounds and surfaces; disinfection of the patient's skin.
Treatment of the hands of the surgeon, medical staff and the operating field before diagnostic manipulations, surgery.
Disinfection of working surfaces of devices (including thermometers) and equipment, heat treatment of which is undesirable.
Hygienic treatment of hands: 3 ml of the product is applied to the hands and rubbed into the skin until dry for 30 seconds. Treatment of the injection field, incl. at the site of inoculation: - wipe the skin with a sterile cotton swab, abundantly moistened with a product; holding time after the end of processing - 30 sec; - carried out by means of skin irrigation at the injection site until complete moistening, followed by exposure after irrigation for 30 seconds.
Preventive treatment of the feet, sanitizing the skin: moisten a cotton swab abundantly (at least 3 ml for each swab) and thoroughly treat each foot or skin area with different cotton swabs moistened with a product, or the feet or skin area is irrigated with a product until the skin is completely hydrated ; holding time after processing - not less than 30 sec.
Treatment of gloves worn on the hands of personnel: the outer surface of the gloves is carefully wiped with a sterile cotton or gauze swab, abundantly moistened with a product (at least 3 ml per swab) Processing time - at least 1 minute. Exposure - until the surface of the gloves is completely dry. Small tools of a simple configuration (in healthcare facilities, beauty salons, hairdressing salons, manicure and pedicure rooms, etc.) must be completely immersed in the product immediately after their use, ensuring the immediate removal of visible contaminants from the surface from the products using tissue napkins. Used wipes are placed in a separate container, disinfected, and then disposed of. The thickness of the product layer over the products must be at least 1 cm.After the end of the disinfection exposure for 5 minutes, the products are removed from the container and washed from the residues of the product with running drinking water for at least 1 minute, preventing the passage of the passed water from entering the container with the products being washed.
As a prophylactic agent in the form of irrigation, rinsing and applications, 5-10 ml of the solution is applied to the affected surface of the skin or mucous membranes with an exposure of 1-3 minutes 2-3 times a day (on a tampon or by irrigation).

Hypersensitivity to chlorhexidine.
pharmachologic effect
Antiseptic. Chlorhexidine is active against vegetative forms of gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria, as well as yeast, dermatophytes and lipophilic viruses. It acts on bacterial spores only at elevated temperatures. Cleans and disinfects the skin without causing damage.
Side effect
Possibly: allergic reactions.

Remains active in the presence of blood impurities and organic substances. Do not allow chlorhexidine to get into the eyes (with the exception of a special dosage form intended for washing the eyes), as well as contact with the meninges and the auditory nerve.
Drug interactions
Chlorhexidine is incompatible with soap, as well as with detergents containing an anionic group (saponins, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose). Compatible with preparations containing a cationic group (cetrimonium bromide, benzalkonium chloride).
