DESCRIPTION

Chemi-spray is a drug for the treatment of wounds, diseases of the skin and hooves in animals in the form of a suspension for external use.

COMPOSITION

As active ingredients it contains chlortetracycline hydrochloride - 2 g, gentian violet - 0.5 g.

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

Chemi spray belongs to the group of combined antibacterial drugs for external use. Possesses pronounced antibacterial properties. Chlortetracycline hydrochloride in its composition is active against many gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, including Streptococcus spp., Haemophilus spp., Klebsiella spp., Clostridium spp., As well as rickettsia

The mechanism of the antibacterial action of chlortetracycline hydrochloride is based on the suppression of protein synthesis of the microbial cell (blockade of the ribosome function) and blockade of RNA synthesis.

Gentian violet is an antiseptic with a weak antimicrobial and antifungal effect, which is active against some gram-negative bacteria (Staphylococcus spp.), As well as pathogenic yeast (Candida spp.).

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION

Chemi-spray is used locally for all types of farm animals, dogs and cats to treat wounds of surgical and traumatic origin, abrasions, scratches, skin lesions and hooves with necrobacteriosis.

Animal processing is carried out outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. When treating lesions in the head area, avoid contact with the eyes.

Before using the drug, dirt, necrotic tissue, pus and wound exudate should be removed from the treated surface.

Chemi-spray is sprayed within 1-2 seconds from a distance of 15-20 cm from the affected surface.

Processing is carried out one to three times a day.

The duration of treatment depends on the severity and speed of healing, but should not exceed 10 days.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

Store the medicinal product in the manufacturer's closed packaging in a dry place protected from direct sunlight, away from heating devices and sources of ignition, separately from food and feed, at a temperature of 15 В° C to 20 В° C.
