allergic conjunctivitis;
hay fever (hay fever);
urticaria, incl. chronic idiopathic urticaria;
itchy allergic dermatoses (atopic dermatitis, neurodermatitis);
angioedema (Quincke's edema).
Syrup additionally: atopic bronchial asthma (as part of complex therapy).
Inside, regardless of food intake, without chewing, drinking 200 ml of water.
Adults: 10 mg (1 table) 1 time per day or 5 mg (1/2 table) 2 times a day.
Children over 6 years old: 5 mg (1/2 tab.) 2 times a day or 10 mg (1 tab.) 1 time a day.
Patients with reduced renal function (Cl creatinine 30-49 ml / min) are prescribed 5 mg / day (1/2 table), with severe chronic renal failure (Cl creatinine 10-30 ml / min) - 5 mg / day (1/2 table) every other day.

hypersensitivity (including to hydroxyzine);
pregnancy;
lactation;
children under 6 years of age (only for tablets);
children under 2 years of age (for syrup).
Carefully:
chronic renal failure (moderate and severe severity - correction of the dosage regimen is required);
old age (possibly decreased glomerular filtration).
Cetrin has antiallergic effect.
Indications: Seasonal and year-round allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis (itching, sneezing, rhinorrhea, lacrimation, conjunctival hyperemia), urticaria (including chronic idiopathic urticaria), hay fever (hay fever), itchy allergic dermatoses from angioedema.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the components of Cetrin, lactase deficiency, galactosemia, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome, pregnancy, breastfeeding, children under 6 years of age.
With caution - when prescribed to patients in old age; in patients with chronic renal failure.
Side effects: Drowsiness, fatigue, dry mouth, rarely - headache, dizziness, migraine, gastrointestinal discomfort, allergic reactions (angioedema, skin rash, urticaria, itching).
Method of administration and dosage:
Tsetrin is taken orally, regardless of food intake.
Tablets: do not chew with 200 ml of water.
Adults or children over 6 years old - 10 mg (1 tab.) 1 time per day or 5 mg (1/2 tab.) 2 times a day.
Storage conditions and shelf life:
In the dark place at a temperature of 2-25 ? C. Shelf life is 2 years.
