Composition
1g eye gel contains:
Active ingredients
Carbomer 974P 2.5 mg.
Excipients
Benzalkonium chloride (0.06 mg / 1 g), sorbitol, lysine monohydrate, sodium acetate, polyvinyl alcohol, water d / i.
Dosage and administration of
Oftagel is instilled 1 drop 1-4 times / day, depending on the severity of symptoms.
Before using the drug, wash your hands before instilling Oftagel, tilt your head back, pull the lower eyelid and drip 1 drop of the gel into the conjunctival sac between the lower eyelid and the eye.
Do not touch the eyes and eyelids with the tip of a pipette. After using the drug, you must immediately close the bottle.
Side effects
Local reactions: Transient blurring of vision, short-term burning sensation, and local eye irritation are possible immediately after instillation.
Drug Interaction
Prolongs the absorption of other eye preparations. If more than one type of eye drops is prescribed, they should be applied at intervals of at least 15 minutes, and Oftagel always buried with the last.
Storage Conditions
