Pharmacodynamics

NSAID, a derivative of propionic acid.

It has an analgesic, anti-inflammatory effect.

By inhibiting COX-1 and COX-2, it inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins.

It has anti-bradykinin activity, stabilizes lysosomal membranes.

Reduces the release of cytokines, inhibits the activity of neutrophils.

With articular syndrome, it relieves joint pain at rest and during movement, reduces morning stiffness and swelling of the joints, and helps to increase the range of motion.

When applied externally, the gel is extremely slow transdermal absorption of ketoprofen, which ensures that its concentration in the inflamed tissues is maintained within the therapeutic level for a long time.
