Description:

Mixture of heterogeneous particles of leaves , stems, flowers, pericarp, fruits, petals, twigs and peduncles of grayish-green color with whitish-yellow and brownish-red, brown and dark brown inclusions. Smell weak. The taste of water extract is bitter, astringent.

Pharmacological action:

The infusion has an antimicrobial effect against staphylococcus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus and some other microorganisms, as well as anti-inflammatory and diuretic effects.

Indications for use:

In complex therapy for acute and chronic diseases in urology (cystitis, urethritis, prostatitis), gynecology (vaginitis, vulvitis of nonspecific etiology) and proctology (proctitis, inflammation of hemorrhoids, anal fissures, colitis).

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Method of administration and dosage:

2 filter bags (4.0 g) are placed in a glass or enamel dish, 200 ml (1 glass) boiling water is poured, covered and infused for 30 minutes, periodically pressing the bags with a spoon, then squeezed out.

It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

Inside, the infusion is taken warm, 1 / 4-1 / 3 cup 3-4 times a day; for microclysters, use a warm undiluted infusion of 25-50 ml; for irrigation, douching, baths, lotions, the infusion is diluted 2-4 times.

In urology, the infusion is taken orally according to the indicated scheme for 1-3 weeks. In the chronic course of the disease, the course of treatment can be increased to several months in agreement with the attending physician. At the same time, the infusion can be applied topically (microclysters) for 1-2 weeks 1-2 times a day.

In gynecology, the infusion is used internally according to the indicated scheme for 2-4 weeks and at the same time locally (baths, irrigation, douching, lotions, microclysters) 1-2 times a day.

In proctology, the infusion is used for 1-3 weeks simultaneously inside 1 / 4-1 / 3 cup and topically in the form of warm lotions 1-3 times a day and microclysters 50 ml at night. With colitis, the infusion is taken only internally.
