Pharmacological action
Kashnol - a combined drug that has a bronchodilator, expectorant, mucolytic effect.
accompanied by difficulty in sputum discharge: - bronchial asthma

- obstructive bronchitis
- pneumonia
- pulmonary emphysema
- pneumoconiosis and other
Contraindications
- hypersensitivity to the components of the drug Cashnol
- pregnancy
- lactation
- children under 3 years old
- tachyarrhythmia
- myocarditis
- diabetes srdlpricklrd hepatic or renal failure
- peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum in the acute stage.
Use caution with caution in patients with diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, gastric ulcer, and duodenal ulcer in remission.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Cashnol is contraindicated in pregnancy.
If treatment with Cashnol is necessary during lactation, breast-feeding should be discontinued.
Composition
5 ml: - bromhexine hydrochloride 2 mg
- guaifenesin 50 mg
- salbutamol (in the form of sulphate) 1 mg
- menthol racemic 500 mcg
Side effects
Sometimes: headache, dizziness, increased nervous irritability, sleep disturbance, drowsiness, tremors, cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, exacerbation of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, heart palpitations, pink bloom, possible coloring (rash, urticaria), decreased blood pressure, collapse.
Drug interactions
Beta2-adrenergic agonists, theophylline and other xanthines increase the likelihood of developing tachyarrhythmias.
MAO inhibitors and tricyclic antidepressants enhance the effects of salbutamol on CCC.
Diuretics and corticosteroids enhance the hypokalemic effect of salbutamol.
Concurrent administration with antitussive drugs, incl. containing codeine, makes it difficult to discharge liquefied sputum.
Bromhexine, which is part of the drug, promotes the penetration of antibiotics into the lung tissue.
Overdose
No overdose reported. Perhaps the strengthening of the above side effects.
