Pharmacological action of
The effect of the drug is due to the high concentration of bifidobacteria (Bifidobacterium bifidum) adsorbed on activated carbon particles, which are antagonists of a wide range of pathogenic (Shigella, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, etc.), and others. Microcolonies of sorbed bifidobacteria provide a quick restoration of normal microflora, which, being a natural biosorbent, accumulates a significant amount of toxic substances that enter from the outside or are formed in the body. Sorbed bifidobacteria activate regenerative processes in the mucous membranes, parietal digestion, the synthesis of vitamins and amino acids, and enhance the body's immune defense.
Indications
Intestinal dysbiosis of various etiologies (including those caused by the use of antibiotics, antibacterial drugs, glucocorticosteroid hormones, drugs that have an ulcerogenic effect on the gastrointestinal tract).
Acute intestinal infections established (shigellosis, salmonellosis, staphylococcal enterocolitis, rotavirus infection) and unknown etiology.
Foodborne Toxic Infection.
As part of the complex treatment of diseases accompanied by intestinal dysbiosis:

1 caps. contains:
Active ingredient: bifidobacteria (B. bifidum), adsorbed on activated carbon - at least 50 million (5 ? 107) CFU.
Excipient: lactose monohydrate - up to 0.2 g.
Dosage and administration
Inside, during meals, if necessary, regardless of meals.
Before use, the powder is mixed with liquid food, preferably a dairy product, newborns and infants - with breast milk or a formula for artificial feeding. You can mix the drug with 30-50 ml of boiled water at room temperature, while a cloudy suspension forms with particles of a black sorbent. The resulting aqueous suspension should be drunk, not achieving complete dissolution.
Capsules are washed down with water. For children and patients who cannot swallow the whole capsule, they open it, the contents of the capsule are taken in the same way as the powder.
