DESCRIPTION
The insecticidal agent Bifetrin is a white to light brown powder for the destruction of cockroaches, ants, bedbugs, fleas and flies.
COMPOSITION
It contains a mixture of two compounds as active ingredients: fenthion - 0.4% from the FOS group and deltamethrin - 0.025% from the pyrethroid group, as well as boric acid - 2%, mineral oil and a filler.
PROPERTIES
Means 'Bifetrin' has an acute insecticidal effect against cockroaches, ants, bedbugs, fleas and flies and a residual effect for 6-8 weeks.
According to the parameters of acute toxicity when administered into the stomach, the agent belongs to the 4th class of low-hazard substances in accordance with the classification of GOST 12.1.007-76. According to the limiting toxicity indicators for insecticidal agents - in the area of ​​acute and subacute biocidal action, the agent belongs to the 3rd class of moderately hazardous substances according to the Classification of the degree of danger of disinsection agents.
The product, with a single contact, does not have a local irritant effect, irritates the mucous membranes of the eyes. It has no skin resorptive and sensitizing effect.
For fenthion: OSUV in the air of the working area 0.3 mg / m3, OSUV in the atmospheric air of settlements - 0.001 mg / m3.
For deltamethrin: OSUV in the air of the working area 0.1 mg / m3, OSUV in the atmospheric air of settlements - 0.01 mg / m3.
PURPOSE
The product is intended for the destruction of cockroaches, ants, bedbugs, fleas and flies at objects of various categories (in food and children - only on weekends and sanitary days) by the personnel of organizations entitled to engage in disinfection activities, and the population in everyday life.
MODE OF APPLICATION
To destroy cockroaches, a thin layer of powder is applied on the surface at the places of detection, localization and on the paths of movement of insects at a consumption rate of 45 g per room with an area of ​​12-15 m2. Particular attention is paid to holes and cracks in walls, in door frames, thresholds, along skirting boards, in claddings, as well as ventilation vents, joints of pipes of water supply, heating and sewage systems.
Processing is carried out simultaneously in all rooms inhabited by cockroaches. With a high and very high population, adjacent premises are treated for prophylaxis: to prevent migration and subsequent colonization of cockroaches.
Repeated treatments are carried out when insects appear.
Extermination of ants. For the destruction of gingerbread house and other ants, which often penetrate into premises, a thin layer of powder is applied along the path of movement ('paths') or places of accumulation at a consumption rate of 25 g per room with an area of ​​12-15 m2. The treatments are repeated when ants appear.
Destruction of bedbugs. To destroy bedbugs, apply a thin layer of powder at a consumption rate of 25 g per room with an area of ​​12-15 m2. With an insignificant population of rooms with bed bugs, only their habitats are treated; with a large population and in the case of wall cladding with dry plaster, the places of their possible resettlement are also subject to processing; cracks along skirting boards, curbs, wallpaper lagging spots, around door, window frames and ventilation grilles, cracks in walls, furniture, as well as carpets on the back. Do not handle bedding! Simultaneous processing of all premises is carried out only in hostels, where frequent insects are introduced. Repeated treatments are carried out when bugs are found.
Flea control. To destroy fleas, the powder is applied in a thin layer at a consumption rate of 25 g per room with an area of ​​12-15 m2, processing walls (up to 1 m), the floor surface in places where linoleum and baseboards are lagging, cracks behind baseboards, carpets, paths on the back side ... Repeated treatments are carried out according to entomological indications.
Destruction of flies. For the destruction of flies of various species in places of breeding, dust is used for processing garbage chambers in the basements of residential buildings and outdoors - in the open air, processing waste bins, cisterns, containers. The dust consumption rate is 2 g / m2 (it can be doubled outdoors). In garbage chambers of waste bins, continuous processing is possible. Repeated treatments are carried out according to entomological indications - the appearance of winged flies or the discovery of larvae or pupae of flies in garbage chambers and waste bins in order to prevent the emergence of adults.
PRECAUTIONS
Persons under 18 years of age, pregnant and lactating women, as well as persons who are contraindicated in contact with insecticides are not allowed to work.
The treatment of the premises is carried out with open vents (windows) in the absence of people and pets (the aquariums are covered). Food and utensils should be carefully covered or placed in a cupboard before processing.
Do not clean the inside of cabinets or other places where food or utensils are stored.
When using no more than 1 package of the product per day, processing is carried out without personal protective equipment. When processing large areas, it is necessary to use anti-dust respirators 'F-62' or similar, anti-dust goggles and gloves.
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
Store the product in a dry, covered warehouse in closed packaging, separately from food and medicinal products, in places inaccessible to children and protecting the product from direct sunlight and heating at a temperature not lower than minus 10 В° C and not higher than plus 30 В° C. Expiration date - 24 months from the date of manufacture.
