Indications

Hypo-and anacid gastritis, achilia, dyspepsia.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, hyperacidity of gastric juice (including peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer, erosive gastroduodenitis).

Dosage and administration of

Acidin-pepsin is taken orally, during or after meals, previously dissolved in 50-100 ml of water. Adults - 0.5 g 3-4 times a day, children - 62.5-125 mg (1/4 tablets of 0.25 mg) 3-4 times a day.

Side effects

Allergic reactions, heartburn, gastralgia.

Drug interaction

The effect is reduced with the simultaneous use of bases (antacids), heavy metals, tannin, acid-reactive drugs. Pepsin is destroyed by alcohol.

Storage conditions

In the dark place at a temperature of no higher than 25 РC.
