Pharmacological action

Combined drug, it has antispasmodic, antisecretory and analgesic (due to m-anticholinergic activity of belladonna extract), antiseptic and anti-inflammatory (due to phenyl salicylate, which breaks down into phenol and salicylic acid in the alkaline intestine).

Indications

Diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, accompanied by spasms of the smooth muscles of the abdominal organs with intestinal dysbiosis.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, angle-closure glaucoma, prostate hypertrophy with impaired urine outflow, gastrointestinal bleeding, children under 18 years of age.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

During pregnancy, the use of the drug is warranted, if the potential benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus. During the use of the drug, breastfeeding should be discontinued.

Dosage and administration of

Adults: 1 tablet orally 2–3 times a day.

Side effects

Increased intraocular pressure, dry oral mucosa, constipation, mydriasis, paresis of accommodation, dizziness, urinary retention, allergic reactions.

Overdose

Symptoms: psychomotor agitation, paralysis of accommodation, acute urinary retention.

Recommendations: discontinue use of the drug, consult a doctor.
