Baycox 5% suspension 250ml
DESCRIPTION
Baycox 5% is a medicinal product in the form of a suspension for oral administration, intended for the treatment and prevention of coccidiosis in piglets and calves.
In appearance, the drug is a white to yellowish suspension.
COMPOSITION
Baycox 5% contains toltrazuril - 50 mg / cm3 as an active ingredient, as well as auxiliary components: sodium docusate, simethicone emulsion (defoamer), sodium benzoate, sodium propionate, propylene glycol, bentonite, xanthan gum, propylene glycol, citric acid and distilled water.
PURPOSE
Baykoks 5% is prescribed for piglets and young cattle up to 9 months of age for therapeutic and therapeutic purposes.
APPLICATION
Orally, individually, once using a special dispenser in the following doses:

Piglets On the 3-5th day of life, at a dose of 20 mg toltrazuril per 1 kg of animal weight, at the rate of 0.4 ml of suspension per 1 kg of weight, but not less than 0.5 ml and not more than 2 ml per animal
Calves From 2 weeks of age at a dose of 15 mg of toltrazuril per 1 kg of animal weight, at the rate of 3 ml of suspension per 10 kg of animal weight
SIDE EFFECTS
Baykoks 5% in terms of the degree of impact on the body refers to moderately hazardous substances, in recommended doses, does not cause side effects and complications in animals, does not interfere with the formation of immunity to coccidiosis.
Slaughter of piglets for meat is allowed no earlier than 91 days, young cattle no earlier than 70 days after the application of Baykoks 5%. The meat of animals that were forcedly killed earlier than the established date can be used as feed for fur animals.
