Pharmacological action

Pyrogenal has an immunomodulatory effect.

Indications

Nonspecific therapy for diseases such as: chronic liver disease

urethral stricture and ureter

chronic prostatitis and urethritis

inflammatory processes of the uterus

secondary infertility

venereal disease

nonspecific therapy of diseases and conditions such as: human papillomavirus infection

immunoprophylaxis and immunorehabilitation in case of incomplete recovery after an acute bacterial and viral disease.

Contraindicated in pregnancy. At the time of treatment should stop breastfeeding.

Composition

1 ml contains bacterial lipopolysaccharide for intramuscular injection of 25 mcg

Dosage and administration of

V / m, 1 time per day. Injections are made every other day. If necessary, dilute with 0.9% sodium chloride solution for injection. The drug in an opened ampoule is not subject to storage. The initial single dose is 2.5 mcg. In the following days, the dose is gradually increased by 2.5–5 mcg. The maximum single dose is 100 mcg. The full course is from 10 to 30 injections. If necessary, the injection courses are repeated after at least 2-3 months. When prescribing pyrogenal for pyrotherapy, the drug is administered intramuscularly 1 time per day, starting from 10–25 μg, with a gradual increase in dose to 100–150 μg. Injections are performed after 1 or 2 days as prescribed by the doctor. According to the doctor's prescription, it is also possible the combined use of i / m injections with the introduction of suppositories.

Drug interaction

The drug is compatible and well combined with all drugs used in the treatment of diseases and conditions indicated in the indications. Enhances the effectiveness of chemotherapeutic drugs as part of complex therapy.
