Pharmacological action
A broad spectrum immunomodulator that activates the reticuloendothelial, hypothalamic-pituitary and fibrinolytic systems. It has desensitizing and anti-inflammatory properties, increases the general and specific resistance of the body, affects the thermoregulatory centers of the hypothalamus.
Indications of
injury to the central nervous system and peripheral nervous system
tuberculosis (torpid form in the resorption phase)
chronic liver disease
stricture of the urethra, ureter, chronic prostatitis, urethritis
uveitis, sore eyes, uric infection
adhesive disease of the abdominal cavity
burn disease
sexually transmitted diseases
psoriasis and other chronic skin diseases.
For pyrotherapy.
Contraindications
acute febrile illness
chronic diseases in the acute stage and decompensation (except for diseases that are indications for the drug)
blood disease
pregnancy.
Caution: diseases of the cardiovascular system, kidneys, diabetes mellitus, decreased seizure threshold, convulsions, febrile seizures.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.
Composition
1 ml of solution contains 10 μg of active substance.
Side effects
Hyperthermia up to 37.5 РC, accompanied by mild chills and slight malaise. This condition can last from 3 to 8 hours. In this case, the dose that caused a similar reaction is repeated on the following days until the reaction to its administration ceases (usually 1-3 injections), after which the dose is successively increased.
In rare cases, individuals may experience severe chills, fever up to 39.5 РC, headache, lower back pain. These reactions usually last from 6 to 8 hours, after which the temperature decreases, and side effects disappear. In these cases, it is recommended to reduce the dose of the drug.
When using the drug for pyrotherapy, the above reactions are acceptable.
Drug Interaction
The drug is compatible and goes well with all drugs, used in the treatment of diseases and conditions indicated in the indications. Enhances the effectiveness of chemotherapeutic drugs in complex therapy.
Storage Conditions
In a dark place at 2-10 РC.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Shelf life
