DESCRIPTION

The insecticidal agent Avicin is a transparent light yellow or colorless liquid (concentrate).

COMPOSITION

Contains permethrin (15%) as an active ingredient, as well as surfactants, stabilizers, and solvents.

PROPERTIES

The product has a wide range of insecticidal action, is intended to combat head lice, clothing and pubic lice, as well as to destroy synanthropic cockroaches, flies, fleas, bed bugs, ants and mosquitoes. The duration of the residual action is more than 1 month.

According to the parameters of acute toxicity, Avicin, when administered into the stomach and applied to the skin, according to GOST 12.1.007-76, belongs to 3 - 4 classes of moderately and low-hazard compounds. With a single application to the skin, the product has a mild irritant effect. Aqueous emulsions of the agent do not have a local irritant, skin-resorptive and sensitizing effect in the recommended modes of use. When inhaled, the product in the form of vapors is of little danger. When irrigated (aerosol), water emulsions (0.15% -2.0%) are moderately hazardous (hazard class 3) according to the classification of the degree of hazard of disinfestation agents. PDKV.R.3. for permethrin = 1 mg / m3.

PURPOSE

The tool is used to destroy body lice; head and pubic lice in adults and children over the age of five; synanthropic insects - cockroaches, flies, fleas, bed bugs, red house ants and mosquitoes on objects of various categories.

MODE OF APPLICATION

Aqueous emulsions are prepared from 15% concentrate. To prepare a working aqueous emulsion, a weighed portion of Avicin concentrate is diluted in an appropriate amount of water at room temperature; the calculation is presented in the table:

Destruction of head and pubic lice (adults and children from 5 years old). To prepare a 0.15% aqueous emulsion, add 1 ml of Avicin concentrate to 99 ml of water. Apply a 0.15% aqueous emulsion of the product with a swab on moistened hair of the head or other parts of the body (with pubic lice), rubbing lightly into the skin. The consumption rate of an aqueous emulsion for head and pubic lice is 30-100 ml per person, depending on the degree of infestation by insects, the length and thickness of the hair. After 15 minutes, rinse the product off the treated parts of the body with warm running water and wash the treated areas in the usual way, rinse the scalp with 5% aqueous solution of acetic acid and comb with a fine comb to remove dead insects and eggs.

Extermination of body lice. The destruction of body lice with 0.15% water emulsion means Avicin is carried out in two ways: by soaking things infected with lice; irrigation of things from spraying equipment such as Kvazar or Rosinka. Underwear, bed linen and other products to be washed are soaked in an aqueous emulsion of the product for 15 minutes. The consumption rate for a set of underwear is 2.5 liters; for a set of bed linen or 1 kg of dry items - 4.5 liters.

Disinsection of premises against lice. Treatment with 0.15% water emulsion is carried out in the rooms in which patients with lice are examined (admission departments of hospitals, isolation wards, sanitary inspection rooms, etc.), treating the floor, chairs and other objects with which patients could have contact. The floor is irrigated from spray nozzles such as Quasar or Rosinka. Wipe other surfaces with a cloth dampened with an aqueous emulsion. The consumption rate of the water emulsion is 30-50 ml / m2, depending on the type of surface (non-absorbent and absorbent).

Extermination of cockroaches. For the destruction of synanthropic cockroaches, Avicin is used in the form of a 1.0% aqueous emulsion (in the case of a population resistant to permethrin, 2% w.e.). The consumption rate is 50 ml / m2 of the treated surface. Processing is carried out simultaneously in all rooms where cockroaches are found. With a large population of premises with insects, adjacent premises are treated in order to protect them from being colonized by cockroaches.

Destruction of flies. For the destruction of imago flies in the open air, use a 0.55% aqueous emulsion of Avicin. The consumption rate of the aqueous suspension is 100 ml / m2. For the destruction of housefly larvae in liquid waste, it is recommended to use a 1-2% water emulsion with a layer of liquid waste up to 0.5 m thick. The consumption rate of the agent is 500 ml / m. For the treatment of solid waste with a layer thickness of up to 0.5 m, it is recommended to use 1 - 2% water emulsion at a flow rate of 1 l / m and 5 at a waste depth of over 0.5 m - 2 l / m2. Are subject to processing: cesspools, yard toilets, waste and food waste.

Flea control. For the destruction of fleas in the premises with an insecticidal agent 'Avicin' use a 0.55% water emulsion. The surface of the floor, cracks behind plinths, walls, etc. are processed to a height of up to 1 m. The consumption rate is 50 ml / m2 of the treated surface.

Destruction of bed bugs. To destroy bed bugs, use a 0.55% aqueous emulsion of Avicin. The agent is applied to habitats and concentrations of insects. Cracks in walls and furniture, beds, behind skirting boards are treated at the rate of 50 ml / m.

Mosquito control. To destroy winged mosquitoes indoors, use a 0.15% water emulsion of Avicin. The agent is used to irrigate selectively the mosquito landing sites in well-ventilated rooms, as well as the outer walls of buildings. The consumption rate is 50 ml / m2 on non-absorbent surfaces (glass, tiles) and 100 ml / m2 on absorbent surfaces. To destroy mosquito larvae, 0.012% Avicin water emulsion is used. The product is evenly sprayed over the surface of natural non-fishery water bodies and urban water bodies: basements of residential buildings, sewage, fire tanks at a liquid consumption rate of 200 ml / m2.

Extermination of ants. For the destruction of working individuals of red brownies and other species of ants, use a 0.55% aqueous emulsion of the agent. They process places of movement (paths) and accumulations of ants. The consumption rate is 50 ml / m2, regardless of the type of surface to be treated.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

The product should be stored in closed, dry storage areas. The temperature regime for transportation and storage is not lower than minus 10 В° РЎ and not higher than plus 50 В° РЎ. Expiration date - 2 years from the date of manufacture.
