Description

Soft oval capsules from yellow to yellow-brown color, containing an oily homogeneous gray-brown mass with a weak characteristic odor.

Antiprotozoal agent.

Pharmacological properties

Antiprotozoal, active against Trichomonas.

It also has an anti-alcoholic (disulfiram-like) effect.

Pharmacokinetics

Well absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract. It is slowly excreted, which allows the Trichomonacid concentration to be maintained in the blood for many hours.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
