COMPOSITION

Fraction 3 is a product of dry distillation of raw materials of animal origin and contains 90% of a complex of biologically active substances, including carboxylic acids, aliphatic and cyclic hydrocarbons, alkylbenzenes and substituted phenols, dialkyl pyrrole derivatives, aliphatic amines and amides, and water.

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

ASD-3F - Antiseptic-stimulant Dorogova fraction 3 refers to drugs that regulate metabolic processes.

The biologically active substances that make up the drug have an antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effect, stimulate the activity of the reticuloendothelial system, normalize trophism and accelerate the recovery of damaged tissues.

According to the degree of impact on the body, the drug belongs to moderately hazardous substances (hazard class 3 according to GOST 12.1.007).

INDICATIONS

ASD-3F - Antiseptic-stimulant Dorogova fraction 3 is prescribed to animals for the treatment of infected sluggishly healing wounds, dermatitis, chronic inflammatory lesions of the skin and hooves, trophic ulcers, fistulas, hoof rot of sheep and animal necrobacteriosis.

APPLICATION

The medicinal product is applied to animals externally in undiluted form or in the form of 25-50% oil solutions.

Oily solutions of the drug are prepared under aseptic conditions using sterile castor, linseed, sunflower oils or fish oil, to which, with thorough mixing, add sterile ASD-3F - Dorogov's antiseptic-stimulant fraction 3 in a ratio of 1: 4 or 1: 1.

When treating infected sluggishly healing wounds and fistulas, the affected area is washed with a 15-20% aqueous solution of ASD-2F -Antiseptic stimulant Dorogova fraction 2 until the discharge of purulent exudate stops, and then apply ASD-3F moistened with 25% oil solution - Antiseptic stimulant Expensive fraction 3 gauze napkin, which is fixed with a bandage. The change of napkins with the drug is carried out daily until the animal recovers.

For eczema, bedsores, dermatitis, chronic inflammatory skin lesions, pyoderma and trophic ulcers, 25-50% oil solutions of the drug are applied to the affected skin areas once a day, with the capture of 2-3 cm of healthy skin (in order to prevent the spread of the inflammation focus). Treatment is carried out until the animal recovers, but no more than 21 days.

For extensive skin lesions, a 50% solution of the drug is applied alternately to different areas, covering no more than 10% of the animal's body surface in one treatment.

In case of necrobacteriosis of animals and hoof rot of sheep, after the appropriate toilet, the affected areas of the limbs are lubricated with a drug in a native form once a day. Treatment is carried out in combination with local surgical treatments and drugs of specific and symptomatic therapy until the animal recovers, but not more than 28 days.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

The drug does not exclude the use of other drugs for specific or symptomatic therapy. Milk of lactating animals and poultry eggs are used without restrictions after using the drug. In case of forced slaughter of animals, meat is used without restrictions.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

A contraindication to the use of the drug is the individual hypersensitivity of the animal to the components of the drug.

SIDE EFFECTS

As a rule, side effects and complications when using the drug in accordance with this instruction are not observed. With increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug and the appearance of allergic reactions, its use is discontinued and antihistamines and symptomatic therapy are prescribed to the animal.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

The shelf life of a medicinal product in a sealed manufacturer's packaging is 3 years from the date of production, after opening the bottle - 30 days. Do not use the drug after the expiration date.

Store the medicinal product in the manufacturer's sealed packaging, separate from food and feed, in a place protected from direct sunlight at a temperature of 4 В° C to 35 В° C.
