DESCRIPTION
The drug ASD-Z - stimulates the activity of RES, normalizes trophism and accelerates the regeneration of damaged tissues. Has a pronounced antiseptic effect. In appearance, the drug is a thick liquid from dark brown to black, soluble in alcohol, vegetable and animal oils and practically insoluble in water.
COMPOSITION
It contains carboxylic acids, aliphatic and cyclic hydrocarbons, alkylbenzenes and substituted phenols, aliphatic amines and amides, compounds with an active sulfhydryl group and water.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
ASD fraction 3 refers to tissue preparations. Obtained by dry distillation of animal tissues. The drug increases the body's immunity, has a pronounced antiseptic effect, stimulates the activity of the reticuloendothelial and endocrine systems, normalizes trophism, accelerates the regeneration of damaged tissues, does not have a cumulative effect. ASD fraction 3, according to the degree of impact on the body, refers to moderately hazardous substances (hazard class 3 according to GOST 12.1.007).
DOSAGE AND APPLICATION
ASD-Z is administered to animals externally in native form or in the form of 20-50% oil solutions. It is used to treat infected sluggishly healing wounds, dermatitis, chronic inflammatory lesions of the skin and hooves, trophic ulcers, fistulas, sheep hoof rot and necrobacteriosis in animals, as well as gynecological diseases of various etiologies.
Oil solutions are prepared under aseptic conditions using sterile castor, linseed, sunflower oil or fish oil with thorough mixing with the addition of ASD-Z in a ratio of 1: 4 or 1: 1.
For gynecological diseases, ASD-3 is used: for vaginitis intravaginally, and for endometritis - intrauterinely in the form of 20-50% oil solutions, for diseases of the skin and hooves - externally in native form or in the form of oil solutions and ointments.
For the treatment of infected sluggish wounds and fistulas, the affected area is washed with a 15-20% solution of another ASD-2 drug until purulent discharge stops, and then a gauze napkin with a 20% oily solution of ASD-Z is applied, which is fixed with a bandage. Treatment is carried out until recovery, replacing daily wipes with the drug.
For eczema, bedsores, dermatitis, chronic inflammatory skin lesions, pyoderma and trophic ulcers, 25-50% oil solutions of the drug are applied to the affected skin areas once a day, capturing 2-3 cm of healthy skin in order to prevent the spread of the inflammation focus. Treatment is carried out until recovery. With extensive lesions, the drug is applied alternately to different areas, covering no more than 1/10 of the animal's body surface in one treatment.
In case of necrobacteriosis of animals and hoof rot of sheep, after sanitization, the affected areas are lubricated with a native preparation once a day until the animals are fully recovered. Treatment is carried out in conjunction with local surgical treatments and drugs for specific and symptomatic therapy.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
The use of ASD fraction 3 does not exclude the use of other drugs for specific and symptomatic therapy.
Livestock products obtained during the period of application of ASD fraction 3 can be used on a general basis. In the event of the forced slaughter of an animal, the areas of the carcass treated with the drug are cleaned and disposed of.
When working with ASD fraction 3, you should follow the general rules of personal hygiene and safety measures provided for when working with medicines. At the end of work, hands should be washed with warm water and soap. In case of accidental contact of the drug with the skin or mucous membranes of the eyes, they must be rinsed with plenty of water. In case of allergic reactions or accidental ingestion of the drug into the human body, you should immediately contact a medical institution (have with you instructions for using the drug and a label).
Empty vials from under the medicinal product must not be used for domestic purposes, they must be disposed of with household waste. Unused medicinal product is disposed of in accordance with legal requirements.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Increased individual sensitivity of the animal to the components of the drug (including in the anamnesis).
SIDE EFFECTS
As a rule, side effects and complications when using the drug in accordance with this instruction are not observed.
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
ASD-3 is stored out of the reach of children, in the manufacturer's packaging separately from food and feed, in a dry, dark place at a temperature of 10 to 30 В° C. The drug is suitable for use within 4 years from the date of manufacture if the specified storage conditions are observed. After the first opening of the bottle, the drug is suitable for use within 14 days.
