DESCRIPTION

It is a liquid from yellow to reddish-brown color, with a specific odor. Mixes well with water. Fine black sediment is allowed.
COMPOSITION
The drug contains in its composition compounds with an active sulfhydryl group, derivatives of aliphatic amines, carboxylic acids, aliphatic and cyclic hydrocarbons, derivatives of amines and water.
BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
ASD-2 is a dry distillation product of animal tissues.
When taken orally, it has an activating effect on the central nervous system and the autonomic nervous system, stimulates the motor activity of the gastrointestinal tract, the secretion of the digestive glands, increases the activity of digestive and tissue enzymes, improves the penetration of Na + and K +, through cell membranes, helps to normalize digestion processes, assimilation of nutrients. substances and increase the natural resistance of the body.

INDICATIONS

APPLICATION
Inside the drug ASD-2 is prescribed with drinking water before feeding or mixed with compound feed in the morning feeding at the doses indicated in the table.

Outwardly, ASD-2F is used in the form of 2–20% solutions prepared in sterile saline or boiled water. When preparing a therapeutic solution of the required concentration, the initial sterile ASD-2F solution is taken as 100%. For dyspepsia, gastroenterocolitis, gastroenteritis, as well as dystrophic conditions caused by digestive disorders and metabolic disorders, the drug is administered orally once a day, in single doses indicated in the table. Treatment is carried out in courses of 5 days with an interval of 2-3 days until the animal recovers.
When tympanic cattle are fed, ASD-2F is fed to the animal or injected into the rumen through a gastric tube once or twice a day in a single dose indicated in the table. In the course of treatment, warm enemas, scar massage and other procedures are prescribed for this pathology.
In case of intestinal flatulence in horses, the preparation ASD-2F is given to animals or administered through a gastric tube once in the doses indicated in the table. In case of catarrhal pneumonia of piglets, along with etiotropic treatment, ASD-2F is prescribed once a day with drinking water 30–40 minutes before feeding or in the morning with compound feed.

In case of vaginitis and delayed placenta in cows (after its removal), a 3-5% solution of ASD-2F is used, heated to 40 ° C, with which the vagina is washed once a day for 4-5 days, consuming 1.5-2 liters of solution per every treatment. If the cervix is ​​open, then 200-300 ml of solution is injected into the uterus.
In acute and chronic endometritis, myometritis and pyometra in cows, if the cervix is ​​open, a 15% solution of ASD-2F is injected into the uterine cavity, heated to 40 ° C in an amount of 200-300 ml and immediately removed. For these purposes, a reverse flow catheter is used. Treatment is carried out once a day until recovery.
Along with etiotropic treatment for trichomoniasis, a 20% solution of the drug is injected into the vagina into the vagina using a Janet syringe with a rubber tube and a special catheter with a large number of holes on the end part. Treatment is carried out once a day for 5–7 days, spending 200–300 ml of solution for each procedure.
When treating bulls with acute trichomoniasis, along with etiotropic treatment, the preputial sac is washed with a 2–3% solution of ASD-2F, which is injected using a catheter connected with a rubber tube to Esmarch's mug in the amount of 0.5–1.0 l. In order to stimulate the central and autonomic nervous system, increase resistance in animals who have recovered from infectious and invasive diseases, accelerate the healing processes of the skin, with necrobacteriosis, eczema, dermatitis, trophic ulcers, ASD-2F is used with drinking water or mixed with feed once a day. Treatment is carried out in courses of 5 days with an interval of 3 days until recovery.
In order to stimulate the growth and development of calves, piglets, the drug is used by group feeding at the rate of 0.1 ml of ASD-2F per 1 kg of body weight every other day for 1-2 months.
Infected sluggish wounds are washed with a 15-20% solution of ASD-2F, and then a bandage moistened with this solution is applied. Treatment is carried out once a day until the wound is cleared of pus. In the presence of fistulas, open abscess cavities, phlegmon, a gauze drainage moistened with a solution of the drug is introduced into their cavity and a sterile bandage is applied on top.
