Rinsing the nose in a young child is carried out with an upright position of the body, preferably sitting in the arms of an adult (if the child already knows how to sit).

In this case, the child's head should be straight and slightly tilted forward.

Make sure that the child does not tilt his head back while rinsing.

1.Insert the tip of the balloon into the right nostril.

2.Press the spray and hold for a few seconds, thus flushing the right side of the nose.

3.Remove any residual rinsing fluid from the nasal cavity (blow your child's nose or use an aspirator).

4. Do the same for the left side of the nose.

5.Repeat the procedure if necessary.

For children over 2 years old and adults.

Nasal lavage in children and adults is carried out with an upright body position (sitting or standing).

In this case, the head should be straight and tilted slightly forward.

Make sure that the head is not tilted back during flushing.

1.Insert the tip of the balloon into the right side of the nose.

2.Press the spray and hold for a few seconds, thus flushing the right side of the nose.

3.Remove residual rinsing fluid by blowing out or using an aspirator (if necessary for children).
