Applying Reboots Go Recovery Boots
Immediately Post Workout: Reboots help you reduce lactic acid production faster and recover from a strenuous workout.
It is advisable to start the massage process 30-60 minutes after training.

Warm Up: Reboots were not originally designed to help you warm up before training.
However, we have received feedback from many athletes that they have had very positive experiences with short sessions of muscle relaxation (pressure) massage prior to training.
The Reboots compression boots are designed exclusively for professional athletes and teams for physical therapy and recovery after prolonged and intense physical activity.
Regardless of what you are using the Reboots for, while wearing compression boots - keep your feet horizontal and slightly raised towards your heart.
Don't bend or dangle your legs.
Also make sure the air hoses are not kinked and that air flows freely through them.
How much pressure to use?
Bigger isn't always better.
You should gradually get used to using Reboots.
We recommend starting with low pressure and increasing it during the next applications.
You can adjust the comfort pressure in the range of 30 and 240 mmHg in 30 increments. If necessary, individual chambers can be deactivated to avoid affecting sensitive areas.
The circumference of the leg plays a crucial role in choosing the right pressure.
Users with thin legs should use higher pressure more often.
However, the correct, required pressure is in principle different for each athlete.
Each body is individual.
For example, 180 mm Hg might be ideal for one person, but a lot inconvenient for another.
First of all, you must listen to your body and regulate the pressure so that you are comfortable.
How often can Reboots massage be used?
You can use Reboots every day.
The optimal duration of the massage is from 30 to 50 minutes, and more is possible.
We do not recommend using Reboots for more than 1.5 hours a day.
The more the better motto does not apply to the recovery process.
