DESCRIPTION

Antiseptic-Stimulator D-3 fraction - a drug for the treatment of infected sluggish healing wounds, dermatitis, chronic inflammatory lesions of the skin and hooves, trophic ulcers, fistulas, necrobacteriosis, gynecological diseases of various etiologies in animals, and also with cannibalism of pigs and pecking in poultry. PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

Antiseptic - Stimulant D-3 fraction belongs to the group of biogenic stimulants.

Antiseptic - Stimulant D-3 fraction is a fat-soluble fraction of the product of dry distillation of tissues of animal origin. The preparation is obtained by dry distillation of tissues of animal origin. The drug stimulates the activity of the reticuloendothelial system, normalizes trophic processes and accelerates the regeneration of damaged tissues, has a pronounced antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effect. It also has repellent properties and a scent that stops pecking and cannibalism.

According to the degree of impact on the body, Antiseptic-Stimulant D-3 fraction belongs to moderately hazardous substances (hazard class 3 according to GOST 12.1.007-76).

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION

Antiseptic-Stimulant D-3 fraction is prescribed for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes to animals, for the treatment of infected sluggishly healing wounds, dermatitis, chronic inflammatory lesions of the skin and hooves, trophic ulcers, fistulas, necrobacteriosis, gynecological diseases of various etiologies in animals, as well as for cannibalism pigs and pecking in birds.

Antiseptic - Stimulator D-3 is applied externally in the form of a 20 - 50% oil solution. Oily solutions of the drug are prepared under aseptic conditions using castor, linseed, sunflower, mineral oils, to which the Antiseptic-Stimulator D-3 fraction is added with thorough mixing in a ratio of 1: 1 or 1: 5. In its native form, Antiseptic-Stimulant D-3 is applied externally in the form of an aerosol, spraying at a distance of 15 - 20 cm directly onto the damaged surface of the skin or limbs, once a day until the animal and bird recuperate.

For gynecological diseases Antiseptic-Stimulator D-3 fraction is used for vaginitis intravaginally, and for endometritis - intrauterinely in the form of 20-50% oil solutions.

When treating infected sluggishly healing wounds and fistulas , the affected area is sanitized until the purulent exudate is completely removed and then a gauze napkin moistened with a 20% oil solution is applied Antiseptic-Stimulator D-3 fraction, which is fixed with a bandage. The change of napkins with the drug is carried out daily until the animal recovers.

For eczema, bedsores, dermatitis, chronic inflammatory skin lesions, pyoderma and trophic ulcers , 20-50% oil solutions of the drug are applied to the affected skin areas once a day, with the capture of 2-3 cm of healthy skin (in order to prevent the spread of the focus of inflammation. For vaginitis, endometritis, pyometra caused by trichomoniasis or pathogenic microflora: cows are injected into the vagina with a 20% oil solution of the drug using a Janet syringe with a catheter. One procedure consumes 200-300 ml of solution. It is also recommended to insert gauze swabs soaked in solution into the vagina. Treatment is carried out once a day until recovery.
