DESCRIPTION
Antiseptic-Stimulator D-2 fraction (Antiseptic-Stimulator D-2 fraction) is a drug for the treatment and prevention of respiratory, gastrointestinal, gynecological and skin diseases, increasing the general resistance of animals, including birds. In appearance, the drug is a clear liquid from yellow to brown in color with a specific odor. Fine-dispersed sediment from gray to black color is allowed. easily dissolving when diluted with water.
COMPOSITION
Antiseptic-Stimulator D-2 fraction contains in 1 ml: amino acids -2.7 mg, as well as inorganic nitrogenous compounds, aliphatic and cyclic hydrocarbons, mercaptan compounds and water - up to 1 ml.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Pharmacotherapeutic group of the drug: Antiseptic-Stimulant D-2 fraction belongs to the group of biogenic stimulants.
Pharmacodynamics: Antiseptic-Stimulant D-2 fraction is a water-soluble fraction of dry distillation of tissues of animal origin. Nitrogen and ammonium compounds included in the drug (amino acids, derivatives of aliphatic amines, carboxylic acids, aliphatic and cyclic hydrocarbons) have an activating effect on the central and autonomic nervous systems, stimulate the motor activity of the gastrointestinal tract, the secretion of the digestive glands, and increase the activity of the digestive tissue enzymes, improve the penetration of sodium and potassium ions through cell membranes, help normalize digestion processes, assimilate nutrients and increase the body's natural resistance.
When applied externally, the drug stimulates the activity of the reticulo-endothelial system, normalizes trophic processes and accelerates the regeneration of damaged tissues, has a pronounced antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effect.
According to the degree of impact on the body, Antiseptic-Stimulant D-2 fraction belongs to low-hazard substances (hazard class 4 according to GOST l 2.1.007-76).
DOSAGE AND APPLICATION
Antiseptic-Stimulant D-2 fraction is prescribed for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes to animals, including birds, for diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, respiratory system, and genitourinary system. lesions of the skin, metabolic disorders, to stimulate the activity of the central and autonomic nervous system, to increase natural resistance in animals weakened and have had infectious and invasive diseases, as well as to stimulate the growth and development of piglets, chickens and increase the egg production of chickens.
Antiseptic - Stimulant D-2 fraction is used for animals orally, externally, intravaginally or intrauterinely.
When administered orally for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes, the drug is diluted with water for drinking or used individually with compound feed in the following doses:

In case of catarrhal pneumonia of piglets, the drug is prescribed once a day with water for drinking 30-40 minutes before feeding or in the morning feeding with compound feed, in courses of 5 days with an interval of 3 days until recovery, but not more than 14 days.
In order to stimulate the central and autonomic nervous system, increase resistance in animals who have had infectious and invasive diseases, accelerate the healing of the skin, with necrobacteriosis, eczema, dermatitis. trophic ulcers, the drug is used once a day. courses of 5 days with an interval of 3 days until recovery, but no more than 14 days.
In order to stimulate the growth and development of calves. piglets and young poultry, the drug is used every other day for 1-2 months.
Outwardly, intrauterinely, intravaginally, a sterile Antiseptic Stimulator D-2 fraction is used in the form of 2 - 20% freshly prepared aqueous solution. For solution preparation. the required amount of a sterile drug Antiseptic - Stimulator D-2 fraction is transferred with a sterile syringe into a sterile container. containing an appropriate amount of sterile saline or sterile water.
Wound surfaces are washed with 5-20% drug solution. wet bandages or tampons moistened with this solution are applied to the wounds.
Infected, slowly healing wounds are washed with a 15-20% solution of the drug, bandages are applied. moistened with this solution. If there are fistulas. the opened cavities of abscesses, phlegmon, gauze drainage from this solution is introduced into their cavity. When treating bulls. for patients with an acute form of trichomoniasis, the preputial sac is washed with a 2-3% solution of the drug, using an Eismarch mug for this and spending up to 1 liter of solution for each procedure.
