Pharmacological properties:

AngiovitЃ is a complex preparation containing vitamins of group B. It has the ability to activate in the body the key enzymes of transulfation and methionine remethylation - methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase and cystathione-B-synthetase, as a result of which the metabolism of methionine is accelerated and the concentration of homocysteine ??in the blood decreases.

Hyperhomocysteinemia is an important risk factor for the development of atherosclerosis and arterial thrombosis, as well as myocardial infarction, ischemic cerebral stroke, and diabetic angiopathy. The occurrence of hyperhomocysteinemia is facilitated by a deficiency in the body of folic acid and vitamins B6 and B12.

Normalization of the level of homocysteine ??in the blood against the background of the complex use of these vitamins prevents the progression of atherosclerosis and thrombosis, facilitates the course of ischemic heart disease, cerebrovascular accident, diabetic angiopathy.

Contraindications

Side effect:

Allergic reactions.

Interaction with other medicinal products:

Folic acid. Reduces the effect of phenytoin (an increase in its dose is required).

Analgesics (long-term therapy), anticonvulsants (including phenytoin and carbamazepine), estrogens, oral contraceptives increase the need for folic acid.

Antacids (including aluminum and magnesium preparations), cholestyramine, sulfonamines (including sulfasalazine) reduce the absorption of folic acid.

Methotrexate, pyrimethamine, triamterene, trimethoprim inhibit dihydrofolate reductase and reduce the effect of folic acid.

Pyridoxine hydrochloride. Enhances the action of diuretics; weakens the activity of levodopa.

Isonicotine hydrazide, penicillamine, cycloserine and estrogen-containing oral contraceptives weaken the effect of pyridoxine.

It goes well with cardiac glycosides (pyridoxine promotes an increase in the synthesis of contractile proteins in the myocardium), with glutamic acid and asparkam (increased resistance to hypoxia).

Cyanocobalamin. Aminoglycosides, salicylates, antiepileptic drugs, colchicine, potassium preparations reduce the absorption of cyanocobalamin. Increase the risk of developing allergic reactions in the presence of thiamine.

Cannot be combined with drugs that increase blood clotting.

Release form:

Film-coated tablets. 60 tablets in polymer cans. 10 or 60 tablets in blisters. Each can and a blister strip of 60 tablets or 6 blister packs of 10 tablets, together with instructions for use, are placed in a cardboard box.

Storage conditions. In a dry, dark place, out of the reach of children, at a temperature not exceeding 25 degrees.

Shelf life. 3 years. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
