The drug has an antiseptic effect, is active against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms in vitro, has an antimycotic effect.
Indications
Symptomatic treatment of sore throat with infectious and inflammatory diseases.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug
children under 6 years old
sucrose / isomaltase deficiency, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption.
Precautions
Pregnancy, lactation, diabetes.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
The use of the drug during pregnancy and during breastfeeding is possible only on the advice of a doctor if the intended benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus and the baby.
Composition
One lozenge tablet contains active ingredients:
2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2 mg, amylmethacresol 0.6 mg
excipients: tartaric acid 26 mg, dye anthocyanin (E163) 3.46 mg plum flavor 9.1 mg, cream flavor 4.37 mg, flavor with a warming effect of 0.52 mg, ginger flavor 2.08 mg, medium chain triglycerides 0.79 mg, sugar syrup [sucrose, water] 1384 mg and liquid dextrose [ dextrose, oligo- and polysaccharides] (liquid glucose) 1102 mg to obtain a 2.6 g tablet.
Dosage and administration of
Carefully read the instructions before taking the drug.
locally. Adults and children over 6 years: dissolve one tablet every 2-3 hours. Adults and children over 12 years old do not take more than 12 tablets within 24 hours. Children from 6 to 12 years old do not take more than 8 tablets within 24 hours. Do not exceed the indicated dose.
Duration of treatment - no more than 3 days. If symptoms persist after taking the drug for 3 days, stop treatment and consult a doctor.
Side effects
The following adverse reactions have been observed with short-term use of the drug in recommended doses. In the treatment of chronic conditions and with prolonged use, other adverse reactions may occur.
The frequency of adverse reactions was estimated based on the following criteria: very often ( 1/10), often (from 1/100 to <1/10), infrequently (from 1/1000 to
