Pharmacological properties of
The drug has an antiseptic effect, is active against gram-positive
and gram-negative microorganisms in vitro, and has an antimycotic effect. It also has a local anesthetic and decongestant effect.
Indications
Symptomatic treatment of severe sore throat in infectious and inflammatory diseases.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug
history of allergy to local anesthetics
history of or tendency to methemoglobinemia
asthma or bronchospasm
children under 12 years of age.
Caution
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, trauma to the oral mucosa.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
The use of the drug during pregnancy and during breastfeeding is possible only on the advice of a doctor if the intended benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus and the baby.
Special instructions
It is recommended that you take the drug as soon as possible and at the minimum effective dose necessary to eliminate the symptoms.
Spray should not be inhaled. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not open the bottle, do not heat.
In case of possible loss of sensitivity of the tongue, caution is advised when taking hot food and water, possibly biting the tongue and lips.
If symptoms persist or if an increase in body temperature or headache occurs, you should consult a doctor.
The product does not contain sucrose, so it can be used by patients with diabetes.
The drug contains a small amount of ethanol 96%: 0.0847 g in a single dose (two presses on the valve) and 0.677 g in the maximum daily dose.
Effect on the ability to drive vehicles, mechanisms
The drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms, as well as to engage in other potentially dangerous activities that require an increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.

excipients: ethanol 96% 52 ?l, citric acid 0.19 mg, glycerol 13 ?l, sorbitol solution 70% (non-crystallized) 13 ?l, saccharin 0.026 mg, levomenthol 0.104 mg, peppermint leaf oil 0.156 ?l, anise seed oil 0.065 ?l, azorubine (carmosine edicole) 0.008 mg, purified water to 130 ?l, sodium hydroxide qs, concentrated hydrochloric acid qs.
Dosage and administration
Read the instructions carefully before taking the drug.

To use the spray: remove the cap, lift the spray gun. Holding the bottle upright, point to the area of inflammation and spray into the oral cavity.
Adults and children over 12 years old: irrigate the inflamed area, double-clicking on the head of the vial (single dose). If necessary, repeat the procedure every 2 hours, no more than 8 times within 24 hours.
Do not exceed the indicated dose.
Duration of treatment - no more than 3 days. If symptoms persist after taking the drug for 3 days, stop treatment and consult a doctor.
Side effects of
The following adverse reactions have been observed with short-term use of the drug
in recommended doses. In the treatment of chronic conditions and with prolonged use, other adverse reactions may occur.

Drug interaction
The effect of topically applied lidocaine can be enhanced when the drug is used simultaneously with erythromycin, itraconazole, cimetidine, fluvoxamine, beta-blockers, other antiarrhythmic drugs, for example, mexiletine.
Overdose
It is unlikely that a possible overdose can lead to anesthesia of the upper gastrointestinal tract.
Keep in mind, that high-dose lidocaine intoxication can lead to hypotension, asystole, bradycardia, apnea (respiratory arrest), seizures, coma, cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, and death.
Treatment: symptomatic under the supervision of a physician.
