Alvesol injection solution 100ml
DESCRIPTION
Alvesol (Alvesol) - a drug for the treatment of subclinical and acute catarrhal mastitis in cows. In appearance, the drug is a colorless transparent liquid.
COMPOSITION
In 1000 ml: Allium sativum O - 0.3 ml, Lachesis mutus D4 - 0.1 ml, Plantago major O - 0.2 ml, Salvia officinalis O - 0.3 ml and auxiliary substances: methyl parahydroxybenzoate, sodium chloride, sodium acetate trihydrate, hydrochloric acid, ethyl alcohol 95%, polysorbate 80, water for injection.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Alvesol has an anti-inflammatory effect on mastitis and reduces the number of somatic cells in milk. The components that make up Alvesol have anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory (stimulate phagocytosis and the production of endogenous interferon) properties, contribute to the elimination of pathogenic microflora and the regeneration of the mammary epithelium.
DOSAGE AND APPLICATION
Alvesol is used in cows to treat subclinical mastitis and reduce the number of somatic cells in milk, as well as in the complex therapy of acute catarrhal mastitis.
For the treatment of subclinical mastitis, Alvesol is administered to cows intramuscularly at a dose of 5.0 ml / animal 2 times a day for 3 days or at a dose of 10.0 ml / animal once a day for 3 days.
For the treatment of acute catarrhal mastitis, Alvesol is administered to cows intramuscularly at a dose of 5.0 ml / animal 2 times a day for 4-5 days.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Symptoms of drug overdose in animals were not identified.
The peculiarities of the action of the drug during its first use and cancellation have not been established.
Contraindications and features of the use of Alvesol for females during pregnancy and lactation have not been established.
Avoid gaps in the introduction of the next dose of the drug, as this can lead to a decrease in therapeutic and prophylactic efficacy. If one dose is missed, the use of the drug should be resumed as soon as possible in the same dose and according to the same scheme.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
A contraindication to the use of a drug is the individual hypersensitivity of the animal to its components.
SIDE EFFECTS
When using Alvesol in accordance with this instruction, side effects and complications, as a rule, are not noted. In case of increased individual sensitivity of the animal to the components of the drug and the occurrence of allergic reactions, the use of the drug is discontinued and antihistamines and symptomatic therapy are prescribed to the animal.
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
The shelf life of the drug, subject to storage conditions in the manufacturer's sealed packaging, is 3 years from the date of production, after the first opening of the bottle, 21 days. Alvesol must not be used after the expiration date.
Alvesol is stored in closed manufacturer's packaging, separately from food and feed, in a place protected from direct sunlight at temperatures from 0 to 30 В° C.

Alvesol is produced in 100 ml packs in glass bottles sealed with rubber stoppers and aluminum roll-up caps. Each packing unit is accompanied by instructions for use.
