DESCRIPTION

Alpha 10 is an insectoacaricidal agent, is a wettable, odorless white powder.

COMPOSITION

Contains a highly active compound from the group of pyrethroids alpha-cypermethrin - 10% as an active substance (DW), as well as wetting and dispersing agents and filler up to 100%.

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

The product has an acute insectoacaricidal effect against cockroaches, ants, bedbugs, fleas, flies, mosquitoes, rat and ixodid ticks and residual activity for 1-1.5 months.

According to the degree of influence on the body of warm-blooded animals when administered into the stomach, the agent belongs to the 3rd class of moderately hazardous, and with a single exposure to the skin - to the 4th class of low-hazard agents according to GOST 12.1.007-76. Vapors of the agent in conditions of saturating concentrations in terms of the degree of volatility belong to the 4th class of low-hazard substances.

The product has a pronounced irritant effect on the mucous membranes of the eyes and does not cause skin irritation; the sensitizing effect is not pronounced.

0.5% aqueous working suspension in conditions of saturating concentrations in terms of the degree of volatility belongs to the 4th class of low hazardous substances, does not have a local irritant effect with a single exposure, with repeated exposure, it causes slight skin irritation; irritates the mucous membranes of the eyes. According to the zone of acute biocidal effect, it belongs to the 2nd hazard class, according to the zone of subacute biocidal effect - to the 4th hazard class according to the Classification of the degree of hazard of disinfestation agents.

PURPOSE

The product is intended for the destruction of cockroaches, ants, bedbugs, fleas, flies, mosquitoes and rat mites on objects of various categories: in residential and non-residential premises, hotels, hostels, catering establishments (on weekends or sanitary days) by personnel of organizations engaged in disinfection activities , as well as for the fight against ixodid ticks (carriers of pathogens of tick-borne encephalitis, borreliosis and other diseases) when processing natural stations.

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION

For the destruction of arthropods, freshly prepared aqueous suspensions are used at concentrations of 0.0500-0.0125% for DV, which corresponds to 0.50% or 0.125% for the formulation.

To prepare working suspensions, the agent is diluted in water at room temperature, constantly and evenly stirring for 5 minutes. The calculation of the amount of funds required to prepare the working suspension is shown in Table 1.

When working with working suspensions, the agents use spraying equipment of various brands.

The consumption rate of the product is 50 ml / m2 (non-absorbent surface) and 100 ml / m2 (absorbent). The product is removed from the treated surfaces (with a wet method - with a rag) 24 hours after application, but no later than 3 hours before the start of the working day. From other places - after 4-6 weeks - after losing its effectiveness. Repeated treatments are carried out according to entomological indications.

To destroy ixodid ticks, working aqueous suspensions are prepared immediately before use, for which the agent is mixed with tap or filtered water from nearby reservoirs, constantly and evenly stirring for 5 minutes.

To apply the product, use any spraying equipment designed for spraying solutions, emulsions and suspensions of insecticides on surfaces (automaxes, small-droplet knapsack sprayers, high-volume multi-volume sprayers, low- and micro-volume sprayers, generators of cold or hot aerosols including generators of aerosols of controlled particle size 'GARD'), sprayers on mechanical traction). The main condition is to ensure uniform coverage of the entire surface with the working suspension. when processing natural stations, a droplet apparatus with a weight median droplet diameter of 20-150 Ојm is used. If conditions permit, it is possible to use equipment on cars when processing territories.

Extermination of cockroaches

To exterminate cockroaches, 0.05% by DB is used working aqueous suspensions, selectively treating surfaces in places of detection, localization and along the paths of insect movement. Particular attention is paid to holes and crevices in walls, in door frames, thresholds, along skirting boards, in claddings, as well as ventilation vents, joints of pipes of water supply, heating and sewerage systems.

Processing is carried out simultaneously in all rooms inhabited by cockroaches. With a high and very high population, adjacent premises are treated for prophylaxis: to prevent migration and subsequent colonization of cockroaches.

Repeated treatments are carried out when insects appear.

Destruction of ants

To exterminate gingerbread house and other species of ants, which often penetrate the premises, the paths of their movement ('paths') or places of accumulation are processed. A working aqueous suspension of 0.0125% (DB) concentration is used. The treatments are repeated when insects appear.

Destruction of bedbugs

To destroy bedbugs, 0.025% (according to DB) aqueous working suspensions of the agent are used. With an insignificant population of rooms with bed bugs, only their habitats are treated; with a large population and in the case of wall cladding with dry plaster, places of their possible resettlement are also subject to processing: cracks along skirting boards, boards, wallpaper lagging areas, around door, window frames and ventilation grilles, cracks in walls, furniture, as well as carpets on the back side ...

Simultaneous processing of all rooms is carried out only in dormitories, where frequent introduction of insects is possible.

Flea control

For the destruction of fleas, 0.0125% (by DV) working aqueous suspension is used, treating walls (up to 1 m), the floor surface in places where linoleum and pliitus lagging behind, cracks behind skirting boards, carpets, paths on the back side.

When processing cluttered basements, these rooms are preliminarily cleaned of debris, if possible, and then thoroughly irrigated.

Repeated treatments are carried out according to entomological indications.

Destruction of flies

For the destruction of adults of house flies or other types of flies, 0.025% (according to DB) working water suspension is used, which is used to irrigate the landing sites of flies in the premises, as well as the outer walls of buildings, garbage bins, garbage chambers and sandwood installations.

The suspension consumption rate is 50-100 ml / m2, depending on the number of flies and the type of surface to be treated.

The breeding sites of fly larvae (cesspools, waste, food waste), which are surrounded by objects, are also irrigated every 20-30 days with an aqueous working suspension of 0.05% (DB) concentration to prevent the flight of winged flies and their flight into premises.

The consumption of the working suspension when processing 1 m2 of the substrate surface is: for liquid waste - 0.5 l, for solid waste - 1-3 liters with a waste thickness of 50 cm and 3-6 liters - with a thickness of more than 50 cm. For processing accumulations of manure from domestic animals and substrate consumption in landfills is 2 liters, if the larvae are concentrated in the surface layer.

Repeated treatments are carried out when winged flies appear in the room.

Mosquito control

To destroy adult mosquitoes, 0.0125% (according to DB) working water suspension is used, which is used to irrigate mosquito sites indoors, as well as outside walls of buildings or inside fences for garbage containers, where mosquitoes hide in hot weather.

To destroy mosquito larvae, 0.01% (by DV) working water suspension is used, which is evenly sprayed over the surface of open natural reservoirs of non-fishery value and urban water bodies: basements of residential buildings, sewage, fire tanks, where mosquito larvae breed.

With a strong degree of water pollution, the concentration of the drug can be doubled (up to 0.02% for the DV).

Consumption rate 100 ml per 1 sq.m. water surface.
