DESCRIPTION

Almadez-express is a disinfectant as a skin antiseptic and for disinfection purposes. It is a ready-to-use transparent colorless liquid with a specific smell of isopropyl alcohol without foreign mechanical impurities.

COMPOSITION

As active ingredients it contains: isopropyl alcohol (2-propanol) - 63.5% and alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride - 0.1%, as well as functional additives.

PROPERTIES

The agent has antibacterial activity against gram-positive (including mycobacterium tuberculosis) and gram-negative bacteria, virucidal (including viruses of enteral and parenteral hepatitis, poliomyelitis, HIV, atypical pneumonia viruses (SARS), herpes, influenza viruses, including H5N1 influenza, and etc.) and fungicidal activity against fungi of the genus Candida and dermatophytes.

According to the parameters of acute toxicity, Almadez-Express when administered into the stomach and applied to the skin in accordance with the classification of GOST 12.1.007-76 belongs to the 4th class of low-hazard substances. When injected into the peritoneum, the agent belongs to the 4th class of low toxic substances according to the classification of K.K. Sidorov. Local irritating, skin resorptive and sensitizing properties are not expressed in the recommended modes of application. There is no cumulative effect. The agent has a weak irritant effect on the mucous membranes of the eye. According to the degree of inhalation hazard in the recommended modes of use, the agent belongs to the 4th class of low-hazard substances.

For isopropanol: MPC in the air of the working area - 50/10 mg / m3 (vapor, hazard class 3); MPC in the ambient air of populated areas - 0.6 mg / m3 (ref., Hazard class 3); Maximum concentration limit in water of water bodies of household, drinking and cultural and household water use - 0.25 mg / ml (org., 4 hazard class).

MODE OF APPLICATION

Hygienic treatment of hands: on dry hands (without preliminary washing with water and soap), apply 3 ml of the product and rub into the skin until dry, but not less than 30 seconds, paying attention to the thoroughness of processing the skin of the interdigital spaces. For the prevention of tuberculosis and viral infections, hands are treated twice, using at least 3 ml of the product each time, the total processing time is at least 1 minute.

Hand treatment of surgeons, operating nurses, midwives and other persons involved in operations, delivery: before using the product, the hands and forearms are thoroughly washed, at least twice, with warm running water and soap for 2 minutes, dried with sterile gauze with a napkin. Next, 5 ml of the product is applied to the hands in separate portions, evenly distributing and at the same time carefully rubbing it into the skin of the hands and forearms for 2.5 minutes; after that, a new portion (5 ml) of the agent is applied to the hands and within 2.5 minutes. repeat the treatment of hands with the product. The total processing time is 5 minutes. Sterile gloves are worn after the product has completely dried.

Treatment of the skin of the operating field, elbow folds of donors, skin before the introduction of catheters and puncture of the joints: the skin is wiped twice with separate sterile gauze swabs, abundantly moistened with the agent; holding time after the end of processing - 2 minutes; on the eve of the operation, the patient takes a shower (bath), changes linen.

Treatment of the injection field: the skin is wiped with a sterile cotton swab, abundantly moistened with a product or abundantly irrigated at the injection site using a spray nozzle. The holding time after the end of processing is 1 minute.

Treatment of the feet: wipe the skin of the feet thoroughly with a napkin or cotton swab, abundantly moistened with the agent, after visiting the pool or sauna.

Treatment of gloves worn on the hands of personnel: the surface of gloves worn on the hands of personnel is treated by thoroughly wiping twice with separate sterile gauze (10x10 cm) or cotton (0.3 g) tampons, abundantly moistened with a product (the rate of consumption is 3 ml per tampon ). The processing time is at least 1 minute for bacterial (except tuberculosis) and at least 5 minutes for viral infections (until the surface of the gloves is completely dry). Disinfection of small surfaces or hard-to-reach surfaces in rooms, surfaces of devices, apparatus, medical equipment; on sanitary transport, it is carried out by the wiping method and by the irrigation method (when using bottles with spray nozzles). The consumption rate of the product is 50 ml / m2 of the treated surface.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

Store the product in covered ventilated warehouses in a tightly closed manufacturer's packaging, in accordance with the rules for storing flammable liquids, separately from medicines, in places inaccessible to children, at a temperature not lower than minus 20 В° C and not higher than plus 35 В° C, away from heating appliances (at least 1 m), open flames and direct sunlight.
