DESCRIPTION
Almadez-Chlorine is a disinfectant for disinfection at food and processing industries (dairy, meat, fish, poultry processing, bakery, non-alcoholic beer, winemaking) in the form of solutions prepared from tablets. The tablets are white, cylindrical in shape, with bevels at the base, with the smell of chlorine, weighing 3.4 В± 0.3.
COMPOSITION
The active ingredient is active chlorine, which is released when the product is dissolved in water. Mass fraction of active chlorine is not less than 50.0 В± 5.0%. The mass of active chlorine released upon dissolution of one tablet is 1.5 В± 0.2 g.
PROPERTIES
The drug has antimicrobial action against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria (including mycobacterium tuberculosis-tested for Mycobacterium terrae, causative agents of plague, cholera, tularemia, anthrax), viruses (Coxsackie, ECHO, poliomyelitis, hepatitis, parenteral rotaviruses, noroviruses, HIV, influenza, including type A, including A H5NI, A HINI, adenoviruses and other causative agents of acute respiratory viral infections, herpes, cytomegaly), fungi of the genus Candida, dermatophytes, mold fungi.
According to the parameters of acute toxicity when administered into the stomach, the drug belongs to the 3rd class of moderately hazardous substances according to GOST 12.1.007-76; according to the classification of K.K. Sidorov, when administered parenterally (into the abdominal cavity), belongs to the 4th class of low toxic substances; in case of inhalation exposure in saturating concentrations (vapors) it is highly dangerous according to the Classification of inhalation hazard of agents by the degree of volatility (hazard class 2); has a pronounced irritant effect on the skin and mucous membranes of the eyes, does not possess sensitizing properties
Working solutions 0.015% -0.06% (according to AH) in the form of vapors do not cause irritation of the respiratory system, with a single exposure they do not irritate the skin.
Working solutions from 0.1% (according to AH) and higher when disinfecting surfaces by means of irrigation and wiping cause irritation of the upper respiratory tract and mucous membranes of the eyes.
The maximum concentration limit for chlorine in the air of the working area is 1 mg / m3 (vapor + aerosol, hazard class 2).

MODE OF APPLICATION
Working solutions of the agent are prepared in enamel (without damaging the enamel), glass or plastic containers by dissolving an appropriate number of tablets or granules in tap drinking water at room temperature until they are completely dissolved (Tables 1 and 2).
To impart detergent properties to the working solutions of the agent, you can add a synthetic detergent in an amount of 0.5% (5 g per 1 L of solution, 25 g per 5 L of solution, 50 g per 1 L of solution).

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
Shelf life of the product is 6 years in unopened manufacturer's packaging, working solutions 6 days. The product is stored in well-ventilated dry rooms at temperatures from minus 35 В° C to plus 35 В° C, avoiding direct sunlight, separately from medicines, food, in places inaccessible to children.
