Pharmacological action
Omegamam is a biologically active food supplement for planning pregnancy, pregnant and lactating mothers based on Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. Omegamama is prepared on the basis of anchovy and sardine fat extract. These fish species have a short life cycle and practically do not accumulate toxic metals (mercury, cadmium, etc.). The Omegamam preparation is characterized by a high degree of purification and the absence of a fishy odor.
Indications
As a biologically active food supplement - an additional source of polyunsaturated fatty acids Omega - 3 (docosahexaenoic acid) for women planning a motherhood, pregnant and lactating women.

Composition
Fish oil MEG-3Ѓ - 0.5 g (minimum content of docosahexaenoic acid 23%); the composition of the gelatin capsule: gelatin; glycerin (humectant); E 171, E 104, E 124 (dyes).
Method of administration and dosage
For women planning pregnancy, pregnant and lactating 1 capsule 2 times a day with meals.
