Pharmacological action
Noltrex helps to restore the viscosity of synovial fluid in joints affected by osteoarthritis. As a result, pain is reduced and joint mobility improves. A distinctive feature of the material is a long duration of action, providing the possibility of administration 1 time per week.
Indications
Treatment of osteoarthritis, osteoarthritis of all major joints of any stage.
Contraindications
insertion of material into an infected or inflamed joint, including immediately after arthroscopic surgery
diabetes

Special instructions
Noltrex is intended only for administration by authorized personnel in accordance with the law. The syringe, needle and any unused material must be destroyed immediately after the treatment session in accordance with the laws of the country.
In addition to the needle 18G or 21G, which is included in the kit, you can use the needle for endoscopic injection 5.0F 18G 350 mm.
If the packaging is damaged, the drug should not be used.

The drug is intended for single use.
Do not expose the drug to direct sunlight, do not freeze, store at a temperature of +1 to +30 РC.
Repeated sterilization of the drug can lead to disruption of the physical condition and chemical bonds in the product.
Composition
1 syringe contains a three-dimensional polyacrylamide network polymer (4.5 Ѡ1.5)%, purified water (95.5 Ѡ1.5)%, silver ions 0.01-0.02%.
Dosage and Administration
For intra-articular injection. The procedure for introducing the material into the joint cavity is performed by qualified medical personnel in a clean dressing room or operating room in compliance with all the rules of aseptic and antiseptic, as during surgery. Information for doctors: Noltrex should be injected using an 18G needle that is included with the drug. Noltrex is only administered joint cavity. If there is free fluid in the joint, it is advisable to stop the exudation and administer Noltrex 48-72 hours after elimination of the effusion. It is not practical to introduce material into the joint without evacuating free fluid from it. Accidental introduction into soft tissues does not lead to complications.
Side effects of
After administration of Noltrex, rare cases of burning in the joint have been reported. All cases had mild or moderate pain severity with an average duration of 12-24 hours. The pain syndrome is stopped by taking NSAIDs or goes away on its own. So far, no hypersensitivity reactions to the drug have been reported. No pain symptoms lasted more than 3 days.
Drug Interactions
The use of Noltrex in combination with drugs and products has not been investigated. Do not mix with other agents designed to restore the viscosity of the synovial fluid. Sequential administration of a material with a local anesthetic is possible.
