Pharmacological action

Anti-inflammatory herbal medicine.

Pharmacological action:

The drug has anti-inflammatory, astringent and antiseptic effects due to the components of plant materials that make up the drug (oak bark, chamomile flowers, sage leaf, thyme grass, arnica grass, mint leaf, calamus rhizome). Benzocaine has a local anesthetic effect.

Thickeners in the composition of Stomatophyte A contribute to the retention of the drug in the affected area, which ensures its longer action.

Indications for

inflammation of the oral cavity (stomatitis, gingivitis, periodontitis)

aphthae

ulcerative lesions of the oral cavity caused by

dentures as an aid in periodontal disease

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to chamomile, arnica and other plants of the Asteracae (Compositae) family, pregnancy, breastfeeding, age (up to 18 years).

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation is possible only as directed by a doctor.

Special instructions

The preparation contains 35-45% (v / v) ethanol.

Composition of

25 g of the preparation contain:

Active components:

1. Liquid extract from a mixture of raw materials (0.65: 1.0) - 12500 mg, containing: chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla L.) - 1625 mg, oak

bark (Quercus robur L.) - 1625 mg, leaf sage

(Salvia officinalis L.) - 1625 mg, herb arnica

(Arnica montana L.) - 812 mg, calamus rhizome

(Acorus calamus L.) - 812 mg, peppermint

of peppermint grass (Mentha piperita L.) - 812 mg, thyme of ordinary grass

(Thymus vulgaris L.) - 812 mg,

2. Anestezine (Benzocaine) - 500 mg.

Excipients:

sodium tetraborate,

glycerin (glycerol),

methyl cellulose,

ethanol 96% (o / o),

purified water.

Dosage and administration

Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, lubricate the affected areas at least 3 times a day with a preparation previously applied on a cotton swab.

Immediately after using the drug, refrain from eating and do not rinse your mouth.

If there is no improvement after 5 days of treatment, you should consult a doctor.

Side effects

Allergic reactions possible. Perhaps a slight staining of the teeth and oral mucosa, which is eliminated by daily brushing.

Short-term burning sensation on the mucous membrane immediately after use is caused by glycerin, which is part of the preparation.
