Indications

Feeling of burning, irritation and discomfort caused by dry eyes.

As a substitute for tears in case of decreased secretion of tear fluid.

Dry eye syndrome or any other condition that requires softening and moisturizing the cornea.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

There is no sufficient experience on the use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation.

The use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding) is possible only if the intended benefits to the mother outweigh the potential risk to the fetus.

Composition

Active ingredients: polyvinyl alcohol 14 mg povidone 6 mg

Excipients: disodium edetate sodium sodium chloride hydroxide water for injection.

Dosage and administration

Assign 1-2 drops 3-4 times / day. in both eyes, depending on the severity of the symptoms.

Rules for the use of the drug

Wash hands before using the drug. Shake the bottle and remove the cap. Make sure that the tip of the pipette does not touch the skin or surface of the eye to prevent infection of the mucous membrane. Tilt your head back, pull the lower eyelid down, turn the bottle over and drip the required number of drops into the conjunctival sac. After use, the vial should be tightly closed with a cap.

Allergic reactions to drug components are possible.

Drug Interaction

Increased risk of developing hyperkalemia with the simultaneous use of hyperkalemia in patients receiving potassium salts, potassium antagonists tacrolimus, trimethoprim.
