Indications
External and internal hemorrhoids.
Cracks in the anus.
Anal itching.
Contraindications

Use in pregnancy and lactation
Use with caution in pregnant women and lactating mothers.
Composition
1 g - phenylephrine hydrochloride 2.5 mg (0.25%).
Excipients:
mineral oil - 140 mg (14%)
petrolatum - 749 mg (74.9%)
methyl parahydroxybenzoate - 2 mg (0.2%)
propyl parahydroxybenzoate - 1 mg (0.1%)
lanol - 23.5 mg (2.35%)
benzoic acid - 2 mg (0.2%)
corn oil - 2 mg (0.2%)
glycerol - 25 mg (2, 5%)
lanolin alcohol - 15 mg (1.5%)
paraffin - 5 mg (0.5%)
purified water - 19 mg (1.9%)
thyme oil of ordinary grass - 1 mg (0.1 %)
vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol acetate) - 0.5 mg (0.05%)
white beeswax - 12.5 mg (1.25%)
Dosage and administration
The drug should be used after hygiene procedures.
Adults and children over 12 years of age: remove the protective cap from the applicator, attach the applicator to the tube and squeeze out a small amount of ointment to lubricate the applicator.
Gently apply the ointment through the applicator to the affected areas outside or inside the anus 4 times a day in the morning, evening and after each bowel movement.
Ointment is also applied to the skin in the anus.
After each use, rinse the applicator thoroughly and place it in the protective cap.
Side effects
It is extremely rare in cases of increased individual sensitivity to the ingredients of the preparations that skin hyperemia, skin rash, or itching may occur in the area of application.
Drug Interaction
Due to the phenylephrine content, the effect of antihypertensive drugs is reduced.
Hypertensive crisis may occur when co-administered with antidepressant MAO inhibitors.
Storage conditions
In a dry, dark place at a temperature not exceeding 27 РC.
