Pharmacological action
Mamoklam® has a therapeutic effect in fibrocystic mastopathy. Reduces manifestations of mastalgia, leads to regression of cysts, normalizes the proliferation of mammary gland epithelium.
Indications
Fibrocystic mastopathy.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug
kidney disease
hyperfunction of the thyroid gland
multinodular goiter
thyrotoxicosis of various origins
furunculosis,
chronic pyoderma
hemorrhagic diathesis
Use during pregnancy and lactation
During pregnancy and lactation, iodine may only be used in physiological doses of not more than 250 mg per day.
Composition
Active ingredients: substance "Klam" (in terms of dry matter) not less than 0.1 g lipids not less than 0.04 g iodine (in organically bound form ) not less than 0.1 mg
Excipients: MCC sugar milk sugar refined starch potato PVP low molecular weight medical magnesium carbonate calcium stearic acid methylcellulose titanium dioxide pigment grade tween 80 copper derivatives of chlorophyll.
Dosage and administration
Inside, before meals, a single dose - 1-2 tablets 2-3 times a day at regular intervals throughout the day (daily dose - 3-6 tablets), the duration of treatment is no more than 1 month.
If necessary, it is recommended to repeat treatment after a break of 2 weeks to 3 months.
Side effects
Allergic reactions, mainly in the form of itching, redness of the skin and skin rashes, heartburn, flatulence, diarrhea.
Drug Interactions
When using Mamoclam®, the body receives iodine in doses slightly exceeding the recommended physiological norm of this microelement, and therefore Mamoclam® should not be used with preparations containing iodine.
Overdose
No overdose has been reported with Mamoclama.
