Description

Body emulsion Emolium is a modern emollient designed to care for very dry skin.

Active ingredients

Caprylic and capric triglycerides (4%)

Fill the lack of lipids in intercellular cement, saturate the skin with fatty components and limit transepidermal water loss. Reduce the risk of penetration of harmful external factors into the skin.

Urea (3%)

It is one of the components of the natural moisturizing factor (NMF). It acts in conjunction with lactic acid. Promotes water binding by keratin fibers and softens the epidermis. Sodium hyaluronate (1%)

Fucogel (3%)

shea butter (4%)

Obtained from the seeds of the oil tree Magnifolia (shea). It has emollient, smoothing and fat saturating properties. Protects and strengthens the intercellular cement and the water-lipid layer of the skin. Stimulates cell metabolism and strengthens local capillary circulation. Effectively protects from the harmful effects of external factors and softens skin irritation.

Macadamia oil (3%)

Macadamia oil obtained from Macadamia ternifolia nuts (three-leafed macadamia) contains phytosterol and lecithin. It is steady against self-oxidation. It saturates well with fatty components, softens and gives the skin elasticity. Relieves irritation and smoothes rough and too dry skin. Enriches with essential unsaturated fatty acids (UFAs) and phospholipids.

Panthenol (provitamin B5) (1%)

Vitamin B5 is necessary for the proper metabolism of proteins, sugars and fats, as well as for the synthesis of certain hormones. In the body, the drug is converted to coenzyme A. Panthenol is well absorbed into the epidermis and penetrates into the deeper layers of the dermis. It is a potent stimulator of the growth and regeneration of cells, both the epidermis and the dermis. Accelerates the synthesis of lipids and proteins. Stimulates the division of epidermal cells, accelerating the healing processes of micro- and macrodamage resulting from mechanical stress, sunburn or skin diseases. Paraffin oil (5%)

Liquid paraffin, a mixture of solid saturated hydrocarbons. It has an occlusive (protective) effect: it creates a protective layer on the skin surface that protects against water loss. Softens, moisturizes and smoothes the epidermis.

Thanks to a carefully selected and investigated complex of active substances, the emulsion acts in four directions, effectively eliminates the causes and effects of dry skin: saturates fats and moisturizes the epidermis, limits trans-epidermal water loss, restores the water-lipid layer, and also softens and gives the epidermis elasticity.

Dosage and administration

Apply a thin layer of the preparation to well-cleaned skin. Optimum results can be achieved by applying the cream at least twice a day.
