Indications

Pain and limitation of mobility as a result of degenerative or traumatic changes in joints containing synovial fluid.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to one of the components of the drug.

Special instructions

Sinocrom forte is for intra-articular administration only. Due to intra-articular administration of the drug, patients with bacterial arthritis should refrain from treatment with this drug in order to avoid possible complications. The attending physician should be aware of all immunological and other possible consequences of the use of biological preparations. In order to avoid side effects after the injection, it is recommended to apply an ice bubble to the joint for 5-10 minutes. In case of severe manifestations accompanied by severe pain, the solution should be removed from the affected joint. The use of Sinocrom forte has not been studied in pregnant women and in children under 18 years of age. Sinokrom Forte is for single use only. Re-sterilization is not allowed. Do not use a syringe from an open and / or damaged sterile packaging. Do not use the syringe with the open or damaged cap of the sterile syringe.

Composition

1 syringe (1 ml) contains:

Active ingredient: 20 mg

sodium hyaluronate Excipients: sodium chloride, sodium monohydrogen phosphate, citric acid, water for injection.

Dosage and administration

For intra-articular administration. The ready-to-use syringe is removed from the sterile packaging, the rubber cap is removed, and the appropriate-sized needle is attached to a tight connection. The injection site is treated with a disinfectant containing alcohol, after which the specialist intravenously introduces Sinocrom forte under aseptic conditions. Injection needle not included. The course of treatment for Sinocrom forte is 3 injections with an interval of one week between injections. The effect of treatment can last up to 12 months, depending on the severity of the disease. Simultaneous treatment of several joints is possible. Repeated courses of treatment are allowed.

Side effects of

In patients using Sinocrom, in extremely rare cases, local symptoms may appear (pain, feeling of heat, redness and swelling, increased content of exudate in the joint cavity). In order to avoid such manifestations or when they appear, it is recommended to relieve the affected joint and apply an ice pack to the joint for 5-10 minutes. In case of severe manifestations accompanied by severe pain, the solution should be removed from the affected joint. Isolated cases of allergic reactions (pruritus, rash, urticaria) and anaphylactic reactions were noted.
