Pharmacological action
Direct anticoagulant, has anti-inflammatory, antiproliferative, decongestant and analgesic effects. Reduces platelet aggregation, binds antithrombin III, preventing the passage of prothrombin to thrombin. Inhibits the activity of thrombin. Reduces the activity of hyaluronidase, increases the fibrinolytic properties of blood. Trombless® improves microcirculation and activates tissue metabolism, thereby accelerating the resorption of hematomas and blood clots, ultimately restoring vein patency, clinically this is accompanied by a pronounced analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.
Indications
Thrombophlebitis of superficial veins localized infiltrates and swelling of soft tissues subcutaneous hematomas (including hematomas after phlebectomy), injuries and bruises of joints, tendons, muscle tissue.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Use of Trombless is not contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Composition
1 g of gel contains: active substance: heparin sodium - 1000 IU (0.00833 g with sodium heparin activity 120 IU / mg)
excipients: Ethanol (ethyl alcohol) - 0.24 g, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (nipagin, methyl paraben) - 0.0012 g, propyl parahydroxybenzoate (nipazole, propyl paraben) - 0.0003 g, diethanolamine (2,2-iminodiethanol) - up to 0.014 g to obtain a gel with a pH from 7.5 to 8.7, carbomer (carbopol) - up to 0.015 g, water (purified water) - up to 1 g.
Dosage and Administration
Externally. A column of gel 3-10 cm long is lightly rubbed onto the skin over the affected area 1-3 times a day. The gel is used daily, on average, from 3 to 7 days. The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor.
Side effects of
With prolonged use of the drug, local reactions in the form of skin hyperemia, allergic reactions are possible.
Drug Interaction
Co-administration of a gel with indirect anticoagulants may cause a prolongation of prothrombin time. The gel is not prescribed topically at the same time as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, tetracyclines, antihistamines.

Due to low systemic absorption, overdose is unlikely.
Storage conditions
At a temperature not exceeding 25 РC. Keep out of the reach of children.
